"We are entering a field of energy in our cosmos heretofore never seen. That field of energy is completely programmable and will be programmed whether we participate consciously in its programming or not. For whatever human energy field is most prominent on the day for that hour will be the set point of where we begin the next phase of our evolution as humans. The energy is actually available for us to use and program for 28 hours beginning at 19:00 GMT November 10 and running through to 23:00 GMT November 11. However the most influential time during that time will take place November 11 at 11:11 GMT. During that time the field we are entering will close in behind us and we will be encapsulated in the new field. No matter what human energy we hold at that time will dictate the permanent charge of the new earth field and will be our starting point as we journey into a new time.

I will explain further. Imagine you throw an egg into semi set gelatine. As the egg journeys into the center of the gelatine, the density of the gelatine will close in behind the egg and the egg will be set completely immersed in that new field. We are like the egg entering a new plasma field. That new plasma field is like the gelatine. It is a different density then the earth field we live in now, just as the air from which the egg leaves is different then the density of the gelatine. As the field encompasses the earth we will be set in that new field. That new field has never been charged, it is pure and free of set patterns which exist in our current field. It is a great opportunity for us as humans to program the field and get a jump start for the next stage of humanity. We cannot sustain the current field we live in as the density has reached a critical mass and there is much unrest. It is showing itself in the unrest of the planet and its inhabitants. Luckily for us, a new field is presenting itself at this key moment and we have a fresh chance to make it right. An opportunity to make that new field what we choose it to be.

As I have stated, the field will be programmed whether we consciously participate or not. That is to say if we do nothing, the new energy field will be charged with whatever the most prominent energy the earth is holding at that very moment. Right now the earth field is very dense, charged with the emotions of fear, distrust, greed, anger, hate and separation. If we do nothing. those emotions will be the emotions with which the new field becomes charged. Or, we can unite for one hour and consciously choose how we wish to charge the field. The faith of one true believer holds the energy of a thousand and we are mighty in our stand as there are many of us that wish a new and different world as we enter this new time."

When I first heard about this, knowing Jamie from his old TV shows filmed in UK, I thought...this sounds like lots of fun! ...I never expected that this show would stir in me so much emotion, I was won over from the first episode. I saw in this young man a higher purpose than having a 'job' in cooking or being a TV host. He is one of the 'awakened' ones who are responsible with planting the seeds of change in these troubled times we are living. I am sure he doesn't see himself this way. He says he started cooking because he noticed he's good at it and made him feel good. He may not even believe it, but he has found his Soul mission. Because what he's started is more than 'a fun thing to do'. His way of doing things is unique and the energy he is putting out there is causing a shift in mentality and raises the vibration of all those who watch him.

I have noticed the way he appreciates what nature is providing and puts on his cooking table, and how he talks about each vegetable, fruit, or piece of meat, how 'exquisite', brilliant, great looking, they are. How he is not afraid to use his hands when preparing food, how he engages full heartedly, all his senses, smell, touch, sight, in the experience of preparing food for others.

If it is true that each meal carries the energy-print of the one who cooked it, then I am sure that the food that Jamie cooks has a positive energy, due to his intentions.

I was surprised to see that the Facebook page he created to support the food revolution in the US, has only around 200 thousand 'likes', while the petition is signed by 700 thousand. It may sound like a lot to the 'untrained eye'. But considering the scope of what he's trying to do, it is a fairly small number.

However he has touched the hearts of many and his projects changed lives. This is not something you hear on the news, but something that spreads trough word of mouth, and I am confident that he will succeed in bringing awareness where there is none, regardless of continent, country or state. The young people are our future, and they need to realize what is happening now with the food industry world wide. Things have to change, and change needs to start from our families and communities, it is the only way. Waiting for decisions to come from government or institutions that respond to political interests, is not the way. People can trigger change. That's the way to do it. Don't wait for others to come and save you. Save yourself, save your loved ones, save your friends and family, then spread the change to your community, city, state, and so on.

This is the way and we can do this everywhere in the world, not only about food being served in schools or other venues. But with every other project for change.

Compassion has been coming in waves in the past couple of years. Tragedies or worldwide events have that effect. Of stirring emotions, of family re-uniting. And that is exactly the opposite of what aggressive acts are aiming for. The result is compassion. You have seen this before, and as long as the planet needs the waves of compassion you might see it again. And how we React to those events is what is shaping the world of tomorrow. The message is to stay united. The message is of love. The message is of freedom.

Dearest Hearts,

As always, I pray you are well. This month I'm keeping it simple and straightforward, after a month of eclipses that appeared to complicate, irritate, and once again hurdle us across the boards of emotions. Not for nothing, each created the perfect scenarios for breakdowns and breakthroughs, once again, allowing for another upgrade in consciousness.

As a result of the back to back eclipses, 9 day waves of consciousness, solstices and more, It would be easy to get complicated and scientific with all that is going on in our DNA, electromagnetic fields and solar systems, though I think straightforward simplicity would be of greater service to the all in the now. Additionally, I have been getting downloaded with so much information that I find it difficult in the moment to put it into a reasonable format appropriate for a newsletter, rather than a twenty-page article or a class. So here's my offering for now.

With only 18 months left of this cycle, once and for all time, for the love of ourselves, our children, our ancestors and this beloved Planet, we must pull the plug on our former notions of ourselves, our materialism that we believe gives us our security and even happiness, and put our focus on where it needs to be, right now, on our proper identity and our responsibility to it.

Though spoken repeatedly, in all sincerity, we have no more time to toy around with ourselves. We must grab hold of our proper identity, (know thyself) clearly understand ALL of its aspects, and begin living in deep and abiding humility, rapport and joy with it. That's the deal.

If we are to make an ascension in consciousness, (which is the ascension, and where it all happens is, in consciousness,) this indeed is the clarion call.

If we are willing to do this, (live in rapport with our proper identity), we will be saying an unequivocal yes to the ultimate deep cellular initiation that changes the trajectory of life and catapults one into the highest state of consciousness that a human being can embody, thus the ascension.

Predictions still fly as to the very small percentage of humans that will actually make a substantial ascension by the end of 2012, stemming from a case of mistaken identity, old world consciousness, not being able to hold enough Light, resisting love for Self and each other, and simply not being willing to give up who they are not, coupled with a healthy dose of "if only my circumstances would change, and if only other people would change."

All of the reasons are true, however, if each would allow themselves to open their minds, open their hearts and imbibe in the stillness to remember what must be remembered, and then activate that remembrance, the grand Lights would come on, the Love would flow, and then guess what would happen? :)

It's time to embrace the magic of who you are.

YOU ARE THE CREATOR INCARNATE. Take a breath. Don't let your mind get into the mix. You are the Creator Incarnate. Period. Take another breath.

How could you not be, would be the appropriate question? It is you that created your reality, and always will. There are no energies either here or to come on this Earth that will change that very fact. You are the only one in charge of your Life, now, then and forevermore and even more as a result of the time you have chosen to live in. So what would that then make you? The Creator, Incarnate.

In and through the hundreds of incarnations that you have lived upon this earth, you have been giving birth to your true Self through your various roles that you chose to play that were conducive to finding yourself on the inner planes, one lifetime at a time. Now, for your final role you get to play God, the Creator Incarnate, because you are! And, it is the only real role there is left to play. Any other role would simply be an unsupported illusion.

Just as your Mother/Father Creator God chose to have a myriad of experiences through you to experience every possible aspect of its human creation, you have done exactly the same.

You chose to have a myriad of experiences through yourself to experience every possible aspect of human Creation, and now you can experience being the Creator, The Divine One, God on earth, the moment you choose to, and activate your choice.

You are God. You are the Creator. You Are the I Am. Behold the meaning "I Am That I Am." That expression has always told you the Truth of who you are, though through reverse truth and many religions it was twisted and turned, called blasphemy or never spoken of at all.

Jesus, always spoke that Truth to the masses. "My Father and I are One." In saying so he wasn't separating himself from all others, it was quite the opposite, as he attempted to impress upon each, to embrace that same Truth, that indeed there was no separation from being Creator Source, only a shift in form.

He knew that when we embraced that truth then, "greater things than I shall you do" would be made real to each of us. Why greater? It is due to the unified field that would be created through this acceptance of Truth that would have miracles springing up like daisies in springtime.

Please remember that though Jesus, by design, had a unique pathway carved out for him, so did you. Oneness having many parts.

He was expected to remember who he was, and in turn act in accordance. He was to discover his Father's/Mother's vibration, feel it at his core and consistently vibrate at that level. So are you to do the same.

He came into his full power, liberation and glory under adverse conditions. So have you.

He came to know who he was through the power of love. And you are coming to know yourself in the same way, for there is no other way to know thyself.

He came to love all others by loving himself, knowing if he were to inspire others, and make the world a more peaceful place, he must first turn to himself, The Creator Incarnate, make the changes internally, and then turn his radiance outward into the world external.

You are tasked with the same. There is no other way that this world can change, nor can you.

Jesus had an early advantage, perhaps different that you. Once he remembered who he really was, he rarely forgot and when he did, he had a host of helpers to right him on his path.

You did not, until more recent times, when the Cosmic Councils of Consciousness, countless Angels and Archangels, endless numbers of Earth Angels and your very own I Am Presence, have made it undeniable that they are working diligently on your behalf to head you into the direction of greater Truth about yourself.

You are to know that all that you need to remember and stay on path and in your truthful identity, you do indeed have.

In addition, the coding and the rewiring of you are taking place in ways we don't need to address further now, to widen the portal of your being, and open all of your channels so that more Light and more Love can be downloaded inside of you.

Trust you are being taken care of and in order for the often-mysterious work to be effective, you must take care of yourself. Your part is to clean out the rest of who you are not, sync up with your proper vibration, and claim, with authority and action your rightful identity, in order that your claim may be brought to Life and you can move on and play a new role in a new consciousness.

YOU ARE THE CREATOR INCARNATE. CREATE. And so it is.

Greetings, dear ones (...)

There's an old paradigm of linearity that says that you worship and you pray in specific times and you play in specific times. This is compartmentalizing God, isn't it? What if you always had that which is the Higher-Self ready to go? What if you carried it around at such a high level that it became you? Every word you spoke came right from it. Every time a Human Being looked at you, you had compassion in your eyes for them... with the one who argues with you, the one who calls you names, the authority that you don't like. How would you like to be able to look at them and first see compassion, then disarm everything else that happens emotionally? So when I sit in the chair, I have instructed my partner to become compassionate for all, and it allows me to come in instantly. And here I am.

We speak in love. We tell you the things that are happening from our perspective and we remind you of what they are. But in all that I am going to say to you, we emphasize this: All of the things that are happening on the planet happen slowly. You must start thinking and observing in groups of generations and not simply year to year. Dear old soul, use that wisdom that you have collected in the many times you've been on this planet right now in order to understand this message better. Understand that time must pass, for no other reason than for the children to come in that do not have the same consciousness as their parents. So you're looking at that which is generational, but it's happening before you.

Consciousness is developed daily. Even though we have just spoken of something that takes a very, very long time, consciousness changes. It changes radically, since it is a reflection of Humanism. It propels things in directions that sometimes are quick and sometimes are not. So those things that I give you today may change tomorrow. But as I sit in the chair, I will give you the strongest potentials that are there. The ship may turn quickly and surprise everyone, but it still takes a very long time to get to its destination.

Gaia and the Rumors of Old

Here's where you stand today. Let us talk about Gaia first, and if we're going to talk about Gaia, we have to talk about the conspiracies. So we talk now about those things not necessarily believed by the old souls in this room, but some of those who are going to listen and going to read. There is talk that all these changes on the planet are getting ready for something horrible, and that many have talked about it and some have even prophesied and channelled it: The earth is going to stop its rotation for three days and then start up again. Ah, some say that the earth will turn over, that the south will become the north and the north will become the south. And then there are others that say, "Even before this happens, there are going to be ships that you call from space, to come and get you. Of course, not for all of you, just some of you."

So let's discuss this, and put it away once and for all. It's time for spiritual responsibility. You can believe these things if you wish because maybe they were channelled and maybe they soundedgood to you at the time. But let us talk about the reality of these things. First prophecy: If the earth turned over, everyone's dead. The oceans fly off into space, all life ceases to exist, and the planet becomes a hot rock. How do you like it so far? Second prophecy: The earth stops rotating for three days. Now, at the equator, you are travelling approximately 1,000 miles an hour. Everything stops. Again, if it suddenly stops, everything flies off into space, including the oceans and atmosphere, and all life is terminated. By the way, it doesn't matter when it starts turning again, everybody's gone. So the three-day start again is moot. How does that sound so far?

If you begin to use spiritual discernment and use what has been told by the ancients and by recent channellings, do those prophecies sound like the future of Earth? Is that why you sit in these chairs or you're listening to this channel? Is that the love of God at its best? Do you really think you were born to die in this fashion? We say to you, it's time to feel the love of God.

The astronomers know something, too, and they don't discuss it. Everywhere they look in the Universe, there is a confluence of energy that is creative and benevolent. Astronomers call this attribute intelligent design. Statistically, there just had to be somebody designing all this, they say. It's too good, and against all odds, it's too remarkable. It's outside the possibility of random chance. Ask them. Check it out!

There is an intelligence involved in the innate energy of physics that is biased for life. Think about that. So in those prophecies, do you think for a moment that all creation on Earth is going to come to a crashing halt?

Oh, by the way, let's talk about the spaceships that are going to come get you. It's time you saw all of that mythology for what it is. Every single culture all through the ages had some kind of rescue plan. And whether the masters were going to come and get you and pull you out of your seats or whether spaceships were going to come and get you, all of it is the same scenario. Look at it for what it is. The mythology that says you're no good, Earth is going to crash, and you've got to be rescued. Do you see the pattern? It's with you today in modern belief systems and was with the ancients as well. It is a totally Human-based attribute and comes from fear. So it's time for you to understand that this is the mythology of an old energy.

The truth is that you're rescuing yourself every single day because you're changing the consciousness of this earth and planting the seeds of peace on Earth that your children and your children's children may actually see and be part of. You sit in the chairs today knowing that. It's time to see things for what they are. All of those of you involved in all these conspiracies, we cry for you, because some of you are old souls. Oh, look at what you could be doing instead of looking for doom! It is time to stop, turn your eyes upon your Higher-Self, and use your compassion for thousands who are homeless. That helps the planet. Turn your eyes on those who have lost their families in the last month or so! That helps the planet. Fear doesn't help anything. Compassion creates quantum energy. Fear creates darkness.

The Illuminati Today

There's more. Let's talk about the elephant in the room. There are many Lightworkers who still feel that there is a group of financial powerhouses, and you call them whatever you want to - the Illuminati is the most common - that are supposedly controlling everything. For those who think this way, all the financial markets are controlled. All the governments are controlled. Elections are controlled, and all the money is controlled on the earth. So now we're going to ask you to use some spiritual logic. If such an organization still exists today with that kind of power and who controls everything, they're doing a very bad job! Because the way they make their money is instability, not in chaos.

There are those who will say, "Oh no, no, no. They make their money selling weapons." No, they don't. Normal Humans do. Do you know how most of their money is made? Money exchange! Shipping. All the things that need to be there in a stable economy. If they are controlling things, they are failing! Do you know how you can tell when there is control of a stock market? Because it doesn't move much. It's always the same, with small adjustments to benefit those who control it. It goes up a little and down a little, just like in the days of your father and his father. And when it crashes, it crashes big. Then it creeps up very, very slowly. That is symbolic of a controlled market, where it loses its balance and can't sustain the control, so it crashes. So when that is happening, there is a stable economy, and lots of money being put in and pulled out very gradually on purpose, in order to create the desired swings. But never too much, never too little - to keep it stable. Now, why don't you draw the curve of where your stock market has been lately? Then take a look at the curves. Does it really look like anyone is controlling it? A hundred points here, a hundred points there, and nobody knows what it's going to do because it's no longer controlled. You've got to start using spiritual logic for these things and see the truth.

One of the worst things that ever happened to the Illuminati was the European Union, because that idea took away the money changers! They're about ready to do it in South America in the next generation. You watch, because they're thinking about it now, even as I speak.

Human Nature is Changing

There's a new concept afoot, a change in Human nature. We've spoken about this before. How many of you studied European history? And in school, did your mind fill up with all of the dates you had to memorize? Who conquered whom and when? Over and over and over, every single country had their turn conquering another country. Borders moved constantly. As far back as you want to go, that's what Humans did. They separated, gathered, and conquered. But as little as 50 years ago, it all stopped.

We've said this before. Fifty years ago, a seed, an idea, was planted at the end of World War II."Let's put these European countries together," they said. "Let's even drop the borders and eventually give them one currency." Do this and they'll never war again, they predicted, for countries with common economic sources don't go to war! And that's exactly what's happened. Did it work? It's fairly fresh, but their money is threatening to take over the strength of your money, did you notice? It's worth more than yours. They still struggle to make it work and balance it. But then again, you do the same in the United States, always fine tuning the unity.

South America is considering the same thing right now. The seeds are being planted in Brazil. Within a generation, they would love to see the borders dropped and one currency. Can they do it? Perhaps. Perhaps it will take longer. Why do it? Because they see the European Union with the strongest currency on Earth. We've said this before. Here is a prediction: Perhaps not in your time, but there'll come a day when there are only five currencies in the world, because continents will start understanding that unification creates peace and prosperity. Separation creates chaos. What a concept.

The Weather

Let's talk about the weather. We retreat to exactly what we told you before in this very chair. The water cycle is a cooling cycle, not a heating cycle. You're going to have more severe winters and storms. It's going to get colder. But it gets warmer before it gets colder. That is the cycle, and it has always been the cycle. You can see it in the rings of the trees and the cores of the ice. Don't let your scientists pull the political wool over your eyes for their own purposes. Start seeing these things for what they are. It's a recurring cycle based on four Earth alignment attributes, including the wobble (the precession). You're in this cycle. Prepare.

The beginnings of it will be with you from now at least until the end of the 2012 36-year window, and you can watch it work. The first thing that happens is that the ice melts at the poles, but not completely. It's the way it has happened before. As the redistribution of weight from the poles to the oceans of the earth takes place, the weight is redistributed to the crust, and that creates earthquakes. And the earthquakes that will be the most powerful are the ones that are closest to the poles. We told you that some time ago. So it's not a mystery that suddenly you have some of the most powerful earthquakes that you've ever had. Not only that, but a cooling ocean creates larger storms.

What do the conspiracists do with all this? "See? We're doomed. Here it comes," they say. "Here it comes! The end is here!" Twenty-two years ago, we gave you the information that is happening today. We told you about the weather. We told you to get ready for it, but we still haven't told you why the water cycle is needed. We've hinted at it since it is very controversial, and we'll lose many readers right here and now. Here's the prediction: The scientists are going to laugh and biologists are going to scratch their heads and roll their eyes.

The Refreshing of the Cycle of Life

When you change the temperature of the waters of the planet, it changes the life cycle of the ocean and it eventually renews itself. The life cycle of the planet has a limit to its viability over time. There has to be a refreshing of the very cycle of life, and this is what the water cycle does. Are there any places you've seen too many fish lately? Yes. Millions of salmon in the north. Odd that it was in Alaska, isn't it? Alaska is very close to the poles where the water temperature is being felt first. Oh, again the experts will tell you that this is not the reason. It's about hatcheries and rivers. But nobody predicted this, did they? Science is fast to give you reasons, but slow to give you logic in advance. They always seem to be surprised.

We are saying things we haven't said before. Again, watch for this, an actual change in the life cycle of the planet's oceans because of the water temperature shift. Biologists are going to have to start redesigning the paradigm of how everything works, including reefs, ocean bottoms, and how plankton survive and reproduce. Listen, this is not the first time that the life cycle has been refreshed! But again, this may take generations of humanity to complete. In the process, you may again lose species. This is normal. Gaia is slow, and Humans are impatient. Your textbooks may someday tell of how naive humanity was back in 2011 when they tried to blame weather changes on everything but a natural cycle. Now you know why there is a water cycle.

So what does that tell you about Gaia? Gaia is beginning the cycle of refreshing life on over-fished oceans. It tells you that in the cracks, there is love and caring about the Humans who live on the earth. There's a reason you're here. There's a plan here, and a benevolent Universe and quantum energy with intelligent design. All is there for you, precious, sacred Human Being.

The New Consciousness

Look at the planet historically over the last 50 years and you will see a gradual healing of humanity - a putting together, not a tearing apart. After the fall of the Soviet Union, much of this kind of consciousness started to happen, except in the Middle East. Twenty-two years ago, I told you, "As go the Jews, go the earth." So you know, don't you, that at some point in your future there would have to be radical change in the Middle East? You cannot have societies teaching their children to hate a certain kind of person as they're born and then expect tolerance in their culture. For thousands of years, they were actually taught at birth to hate each other. However, suddenly there's a new kind of child being born, a far less linear child and far more conceptual. This is a child that does not receive these kinds of informational instructions and act on them the way they used to. Instead, they ask, "Why?" Instead, they look around and see the darkness that this creates.

I want you to look at what happened in Egypt. There is a new kind of paradigm of socialization developing on the planet and the young people know it. It's mostly coming from those who are under 35. Many older adults don't understand it, for to them it just looks like a fad. They say the children are spending far too much time on the Internet. What is this thing about the face? Go back over a decade and listen to what I told you. I said, "When everybody can talk to everybody, there can be no conspiracies." Do you remember that? Well, here it is!

A New Social System

There is a new kind of social system, a new way of communicating where everyone can talk to everyone all at once. Millions can do this, without borders or culture clash. Take a look at Egypt. It confounded all of those who sit in the power seats not far from here [Washington, D.C.]. The old energy thinking is afraid because there's a vacuum with no emerging leader. You see, everybody knows there has to be leadership, there has to be hierarchy. There has to be all of these things in order to create a revolution. Well, let me tell you, that's old, old thinking. Because you just saw revolution of consciousness without leadership, without hierarchy, without any one person whipping the others into a frenzy to convince them of anything. It just happened together, almost like there is a wave of consciousness that is spreading over the earth. There is. When everyone can talk to everyone, this is what you get. Dictators know this, so the first thing they wish to shut down are the new communications tools.

I want to go further than that. Let's get personal and interview a Syrian or a Libyan. Let's talk to an Egyptian for a moment. Let's find the man on the street and ask him some questions. I'll give you the question. "What do you want?" Here's what they're going to tell you. "We want to choose what we do in our own land. We want the glory of our culture back. We want abundance in our homes and towns. We want schools. We want to have some of the things the rest of the world has. We want to take some of the things that our country has in abundance and share it with the citizens. We want our grandchildren safe. We want good hospitals." That's what they're going to tell you.

So why do I tell you this? Because nowhere in their rhetoric is, "And we want to kill the Jews!"Because they're smarter than that, and they're becoming conceptual and beginning to understand this premise: War is hell. It leads to sorrow, death, destruction and heartbreak. It creates poverty and famine - and they know it. They're looking at Europe. They're looking around and they're starting to see unification being an answer to that which is what they want for their children. They don't want war. They don't want war! They may not like the Jews, but they now understand that in order to really have what they want, they must work with them.

So the uprisings you are seeing, dear ones, are not what you think, or what you are being told. Don't worry, thinking, "This is the beginning of the end." Oh, it's going to have a seesaw of energy; it's going to have fear. It will even have those terrorist leaders who want to control it. You're going to be told this and that, but in the end, in a decade, when you can go there and take a look, you're going to have states that are at peace with Israel. One of the most controversial things we have told you is this: Peace in the Middle East is not going to come from anything Israel does. It's going to come from that which the Islamic states do. The young people there don't want a war. Now, all you have to do is convince the Jews of this so that they don't create one of their own. Do you understand the sense of this? Higher consciousness and conceptual thinking brings about revolution that is not replaced by another dictator. The dictators are falling. Human Beings in these third-world areas want to raise their families the way you do - in peace and safety and stability.

The Evidence is Everywhere

What has happened in the last 50 years? Go to South America with me. How many dictators were there then and how many are there now? There is one left and his days are numbered. Watch him, for he'll want to ally with other dictators and there won't be any! A controlled economy will absolutely fail. His is starting not to work.

These dictators are falling because they represent an old energy paradigm, an old Human nature. A new consciousness is taking over. Look at the big picture. Get out of fear and understand again that time is slow to you and these things are generational, not seasonal! There will be battles won and lost for high consciousness. There will be one country that may even seem to go backwards a little before they go forward. This is the way time works and consciousness works. Here is the prediction we've given you: You're beginning to see the seeds of peace in the Middle East. Not in the news, but in the new social areas with young people. And when it settles, the biggest issue will still be the Palestinians. But perhaps for the first time, their Islamic brothers in countries around them will begin to include them instead of not including them as they are now. Watch for a compassion of brotherhood - not for war, but for eventual peace and stability.

And yes, there'll be those who tell you just the opposite, dear one. This is what we see. Turn on your news and you are seeing it. But you see it graphically, do you not? And you see the sorrow and the death, for that is the most dramatic. Just think of those who have come into this planet to give their lives and sacrifice for something grand - peace in their own land. It's just what you did to create this United States. You had to fight your way through it, didn't you? It seems like an old paradigm that sometimes you have to involve the bridge of swords between old and new. But sometimes you just do to slog through a Human nature which has been a certain way for thousands of years.

Japan

Let us talk for a moment about Japan, and then I'll close the day of messages. There are thousands of souls on my side of the veil and they're just fine, more than fine. We have spoken so often of what happens at the Wind of Birth. I told you, before they even came in, they saw the potential. I looked in their eyes. "You may not last long. You know that, don't you? You're coming into this planet and you may not be here very long. And the passing that you will have with your family will not be pleasant, if any ever are. Why would you come in anyway?" I want to tell you what they said. When a soul has the mind of God, it understands fully what generates peace and what generates energy shift. You can clearly see what generates what the planet needs the most when you are about to arrive. So they said, "We're going to be part of one of the biggest compassion events the planet has ever seen." One earthquake, one tsunami. All of those who left that day will change the earth forever. And it already has. It was the same for the last tsunami as well.

Every single one of them on my side of the veil is getting ready to come back. Many old souls were involved, and just for a moment, if they could give you any information, if they could talk to you right now, if they could speak your language and look into your eyes, they would thank you for your compassion for them and those who are left. And they would say, "Be with those family members who are still alive. Enter their hearts every day and give them peace and keep them from crying, because we're OK."

Nuclear Power Revealed

So let me tell you what else they did. They just showed you what's wrong with nuclear power."Safe to the maximum," they said. "Our devices are strong and cannot fail." But they did. They are no match for Gaia.

It seems that for more than 20 years, every single time we sit in the chair and speak of electric power, we tell you that hundreds of thousands of tons of push/pull energy on a regular schedule is available to you. It is moon-driven, forever. It can make all of the electricity for all of the cities on your planet, no matter how much you use. There's no environmental impact at all. Use the power of the tides, the oceans, the waves in clever ways. Use them in a bigger way than any designer has ever put together yet, to power your cities. The largest cities on your planet are on the coasts, and that's where the power source is. Hydro is the answer. It's not dangerous. You've ignored it because it seems harder to engineer and it's not in a controlled environment. Yet, you've chosen to build one of the most complex and dangerous steam engines on Earth - nuclear power.

We also have indicated that all you have to do is dig down deep enough and the planet will give you heat. It's right below the surface, not too far away all the time. You'll have a Gaia steam engine that way, too. There's no danger at all and you don't have to dig that far. All you have to do is heat fluid, and there are some fluids that boil far faster than water. So we say it again and again. Maybe this will show you what's wrong with what you've been doing, and this will turn the attitudes of your science to create something so beautiful and so powerful for your grandchildren. Why do you think you were given the moon? Now you know.

This benevolent Universe gave you an astral body that allows the waters in your ocean to push and pull and push on the most regular schedule of anything you know of. Yet there you sit enjoying just looking at it instead of using it. It could be enormous, free energy forever, ready to be converted when you design the methods of capturing it. It's time.

So in closing, do you understand what you're seeing? You're seeing intelligent design, quantum energy and high consciousness. You are seeing changes in Human nature. You're seeing countries putting things together instead of separating. You are seeing those who don't want war and instead want peace, good schools for their children, safety in their streets and a say in their government. We told you it was going to happen this way. I want my partner to teach these things that I have said in his 3D lectures for awhile. Many won't be able to know these things otherwise.

Give energy to those who are in struggle. Help them to get through these things in an easier fashion than not. That's what old souls do. Use your Human compassion engine! Change that old paradigm of struggle, and instead accelerate the differences that are going to happen without strife, without death. Be in the right place at the right time and understand your compassionate place on this earth. You are an old soul standing on this planet giving compassion wherever you can. That's the core. That's the fuel of God, and that will plant the seeds of peace on Earth. You've never been closer.

Finally, try to ignore that which may change to the negative. We said it. Some things may not go as smoothly as you think, for these things need time and mistakes are made in order for you to learn.

The Recession

The recession is the result of you deciding to change your banking. The Illuminati told many that this could never happen. Why? Because big money can't be touched. It's just too big for any culture to change it, and they counted on that. Well, it just was changed. Do you understand what you're doing here in this country? It affects the whole planet. You are trying to realign the integrity of the way money is used, printed, and loaned. It's not about one party or one government idea. Both had a hand in creating this shift. Maybe it puts another spin on that which you've been told about your economy? When you prune an orchard, for awhile it looks wounded and ugly. Then over time, it blossoms into something far greater than it was.

China

China is very interesting, is it not? Suddenly this very old country finds itself in an odd place. They hold the debt for the United States! Some of you would say, "This is not good. This is not going to work." So let me tell you what this is about. Synchronicity has struck, because now China understands that if they're ever going to get paid, they're going to have to ally themselves closer with Western values and help create abundance. Here is the prediction: China will turn North Korea loose soon. The alliance will dissolve, or become stale. There will be political upheaval in China. Not a coup and not a revolution. Within the inner circles of that which you call Chinese politics, there will be a re-evaluation of goals and monetary policy. Eventually, you will see a break with North Korea, allowing still another dictator to fall and unification to occur with the south. How do you like it so far?

I look at old souls who came into this earth courageous, who are sitting in chairs before me. There was a time when you never thought you would even make it to 2011. But because of what you've accomplished on this planet, you are not only still here, but are moving through the shift. Hard times are ahead. But this is all part of planting the seeds of peace. It doesn't come easy. It slowly, slowly moves in a direction that is positive. Your grandchildren will look at you, the ones who are not even born yet, who are on my side of the veil, who are looking at you now. They are saying, "Keep it up! Because when we get there, it indeed will be a peaceful place."

And so it is.

Chapter Six

The Fifth Truth: Defy Gravity and Learn to Reason Like a Mystic

Both the Buddha and Bodhidharma, the Indian patriarch associated with establishing Zen Buddhism in China, are said to have remarked: “I am but a finger pointing to the moon. Don’t look at me; look at the moon.” The implication of this often-repeated saying is that the wise master was aware that his followers would look upon him as the ultimate manifestation of truth, and he cautioned them to bypass him for the more authentic target of their own inner enlightenment. Jesus told his followers, who were captivated by his miracles, “I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these” (John 14:12). Jesus knew that his healings appeared to be miracles to the unenlightened observer, but in fact they were a natural by-product of his many graces and the way he understood the intimate workings of the Divine, as expressed within the mystical laws of the universe that naturally empowered a fully awakened soul.

As human beings, Buddha and Jesus each underwent a complete transformation, a transfiguration in which the power of their souls became dominant over the temporal power of the body. Buddha attained enlightenment under the Bodhi Tree. Jesus came into his authority through his baptism by John the Baptist and later through his transfiguration on Mount Tabor before three disciples. Although full enlightenment or divine realization can be difficult to define, one way to imagine this level of consciousness is to consider that it embodies the precise harmony of the laws of the universe: energy precedes the creation of matter and cause precedes effect. Attaining this perfected harmony of soul and matter, truth free from illusion and love without limits, transformed the souls of Buddha and Jesus into fully awakened cosmic forces that could defy gravity. They resided in physical form and were certainly subject to the vulnerabilities of the physical world, yet their enlightened souls also knew how to draw on the higher governing laws that commanded their interior reality. And so, when Jesus declared, “Be healed,” a physical disease yielded to his command and the individual was immediately cured. Time was not a factor, nor was the critical condition of the patient. Jesus was able to heal lepers and cripples, release demons from the possessed, and even raise Lazarus from the dead, because illness and fear and death were no match for the force of his consciousness, which was not anchored in the acquisition of earthly power.

Yes, such reports appeared to be miracles then, as they still are now, but not to someone who has had the slightest experience of the inner power that Jesus and Buddha fully embodied. Their life mission, ironically, was not to perform miracles but to disprove the need for them by demonstrating that you could become a source for miracles in this world, if you understood the true nature of your soul and how to open fully to that power.

Obviously, Jesus and Buddha are the ultimate templates for the cosmic healer and the enlightened soul. But they did not incarnate to razzle-dazzle people with their capacity to walk on water and meditate for months without sustenance. Their task was to introduce new archetypal paradigms of consciousness, like unraveling the next wave of human potential, and to defy gravity—that is, to align physical life with spiritual nature. The magnificence of Jesus and Buddha is seen again and again in their capacity to illustrate that the soul is naturally in harmony with a domain of truth that transcends the limitations of the physical world. As challenging as it is to comprehend this mystical truth, it is true nonetheless. Through practicing a truth, you eventually embody or become that truth. As you become a truth, its power animates or transforms your soul into a vessel of that truth. This is how Jesus could command the forces of nature to do his bidding, though he could not command the will of another person. Jesus and Buddha became the truths they were teaching; they became fully congruent cosmic forces embodied as fully human beings. Jesus didn’t merely teach love; he was love. Buddha didn’t just teach about enlightenment; he embodied it.

As models for unconditional love, Jesus and Buddha set the bar rigorously high for the ordinary mortal. I suspect, however, that their message was not so much “Look what I can do,” but “Look what you can do if you absorb the truth I represent.” Few people will ever achieve full enlightenment or become saints capable of manifesting unconditional love. Yet for most of us it may be enough of an interior awakening to be able to defy gravity even in small ways, perhaps during a healing crisis or a period of deep personal transformation. Ironically, most of us have little awareness that every time we pray, we are attempting to defy gravity by asking for some form of divine intervention, or that any time we rely on our intuition for guidance, we are defying gravity by reaching for information from the energetic domain—said another way, information that is “weightless” in that it has a predictive or directive quality as opposed to a historic one.

Learning to defy gravity requires more than just the occasional intuitive hit, however. You must ascend to a refined realm of spiritual consciousness in which you learn to work in harmony with the laws that govern the subtle, silent nature of your soul. Mystical laws do not exist as independent rules that order the structure of our external life. Instead, these are the laws that influence our interior or spiritual life, like a parallel universe that contains all the same information, except that it lacks the influence of time, weight, space, and gravity. The next part of this journey introduces you to laws that, like the physical laws of nature, form an integrated system of truths. Whereas the physical laws govern that which has come into physical creation, these laws govern the dynamics of creation itself. The two sets of laws operate in tandem with each other, as energy flows into matter and matter, in turn, influences the flow of energy.

When a system of life lacks knowledge of one of these realms of law, that system automatically falls into patterns of dysfunction. The failure to realize that your attitudes influence your behavior, for instance, has a direct effect on the quality of your relationships, which in turn affects the quality of your life. To repair damaged relationships, you have to begin at the root cause, which takes you to the energetic influences of your own patterns of fear or woundedness. Consciously living these truths is no easy task, but neither is healing or rebuilding a life after a devastating crisis. Renewal of who you are is not something that occurs within the mind. Healing is far too great an enterprise for the mind alone to handle. Renewal of your life, your health, or your very being is a mystical undertaking, and you have to be willing to work with truths of cosmic proportion to accomplish such a profound transformation.

THE REALM OF MYSTICAL LAW

An examination of the lives of Buddha and Jesus illustrates that three sets of laws govern human existence: physical laws, social and religious laws, and mystical laws.

Our physical lives are governed by the laws of gravity, time and space, cause and effect, and magnetic attraction, among others. We see these laws in action and can test their authenticity. And, so, what we consider to be “real” derives from the consistency that the physical laws of the universe provide. It is incomprehensible that one day they would function and the next day they would not. They are as they are—period.

Societal and religious laws, such as the Ten Commandments or the Sharia of Islam, structure social order. These laws represent another type of order entirely from the domain of the physical laws that govern all humanity without our having any choice in the matter. While these laws are presented as religious absolutes given to human beings by God, in practice they turn out to be laws that we either choose to observe, as in not stealing or murdering, or risk punishment by breaking.

As we know all too well, many people do break certain social or religious laws without getting caught and pay no material price. But existing in a parallel universe are mystical laws that operate within the same essential harmony, yet outside the equation of time, space, and matter, and outside social and religious convention. We are born with a resonance to this realm of truth. Our innermost self does not learn these truths but awakens to them, meaning that we come into an awareness of that which we have always known.

The truest meaning of the spiritual path is to come home to these truths, to awaken again to what is already within you: the knowledge of the mystical realm. To embody one mystical law is to embody them all. Each truth enhances the others without conflict. You may choose to break the laws, but if you do you, some part of you immediately knows you have violated something deep and profound within yourself. You may not be able to give a name to that violation, but you can feel it through an immediate sense of disempowerment and self-betrayal.

Most people can remember the first time they told a lie. We all remember that first lie because it represents a dark cosmic ritual of sorts, crossing over a line we knew we should not cross. If your conscience was functioning, all systems would have alerted you to the violation of a deep code of honor within yourself. You betrayed your relationship with your own conscience, a voice you could hear loud and clear. And in telling that first lie, you were also given the awareness that if you continued to lie, your capacity to hear that clear voice of your conscience would diminish. A ferocious sense of guilt washes over you during that dark ritual of the first lie, as the soul fights to keep the voice of the conscience louder than the instincts of fear and the other dark passions.

You remember that moment precisely because it was a moment of cosmic transition—the first time you tampered with that precious, delicate connection between your conscience, your consciousness, and the voice of your soul. And you remember whether or not you set things right after that first lie. Either you compromised your integrity through that first momentous lie or honesty became a personal creed. That mystical laws already govern the nature of your soul is a given; what you must develop is your capacity to consciously draw on their power, and this is the definition of learning how to reason, think, perceive, and act with awareness within the physical world. This is the definition of your highest potential in the most spiritually evolved sense of that concept. The soul seeks to be in harmony with the mystical laws because creating in harmony with mystical consciousness results in a life that is governed by love and not fear, one in which your life’s work reflects your strengths and talents rather than your limitations. If you are in harmony with truth, there is nothing about yourself that you need to hide.

You need not be deeply involved in a spiritual tradition in order to have a strong mystical connection with your soul. Most historical mystics who belonged to specific spiritual traditions, such as Rumi or Hafiz, Swami Yogananda or Bede Griffiths, placed God and the soul at the center of their quest by choice. Yet such a choice is not necessary to attain a sense of awareness, and today, in fact, most mystics emerge from the ranks of ordinary life. Among those who have been mystics outside monastic settings are Emily Dickinson, Abraham Lincoln, Albert Einstein, and Helen Keller. Mystical consciousness means finding your route to seeing truth clearly in your world, transcending the limitations and burdens of conventional fears, superstitions, and social beliefs. The great American poet Emily Dickinson found nature to be the expression of God, and she celebrated it in hundreds of short poems that can be read with both secular and spiritual overtones. Einstein found his transcendent consciousness at the end of the universe that he discovered had no end. His quest for truth took him to higher and greater questions, as it does every pilgrim who continues to pursue the nature of truth. First, you are compelled to ask what is true about your own life, and that inevitably leads you to ask, “What is true about life?” Eventually all mystics, regardless of what motivated their search for truth, meet on the same cosmic ground.

You do not learn the mystical laws for only one specific purpose, such as the need to heal, because that assumes that once your goal is met, all the discipline and learning poured into your healing can be discarded. That is the same mentality shared by people who go on a diet to lose weight, only to regain it all because they reward themselves at the end of their achievement by releasing their discipline and knowledge of good nutrition, returning to their old eating habits. You learn these laws because they represent a higher level of consciousness that redefines your core relationship to power, and in particular to your power of choice.

At some point, the goal of healing, for example, is replaced by the search for truth. You’ll know you have made a profound shift in consciousness when a crisis is no longer required to motivate change, but instead an attraction to truth is enough to draw you toward the next stage of life.

For example, a woman I know named Janis approached her 60th birthday with an admitted sense of trepidation. Those “0” birthdays are significant crossroads in our lives, and the 60th is one that signals the beginning of the last third of your life. Janis could sense a potential psychological crisis on the horizon as she approached this turning point, and so rather than allow the despair of aging to overwhelm her, she chose the creative option. She happened at the same time to be reevaluating her career, and she was not afraid to reinvent herself or take her work in a new direction, even if such a decision introduced financial risk into her life. So prior to her 60th birthday, Janis did what is not typical for most people, but very typical for her—she thought about what she should do as opposed to what she would like to do. She decided that she should face the truth that she was frightened about aging and about what turning 60 represented. In response to that, she enrolled in a class on clowning as her birthday present to herself, because clowning would help her confront her fears of self-expression and dissolve her masks. Janis gave herself the gift of a truth, and from that gift, different and more dynamic doors of self-realization opened up in her life. In fact, Janis gave herself drenched herself in the graces of Revelation, Counsel, and Knowledge as a part of her gift to herself for having journeyed 60years on this Earth.

Truth always brings some form of liberation into your life. Sometimes discovering a personal truth may liberate you from a dismal relationship or occupation, although that realization may shatter your familiar world in the process. Yet few will say that their lives are anything but more enriched for having gone through the shattering of personal illusions so that they might come to know who they truly are. We fear truth not just because it shatters our illusions, but also because from the shattering comes change. Truth and change go hand in hand. One benefit of choosing to become more conscious is the power of forward thinking. We are far more accustomed to using the tool of conscious thought for repairs, analyzing what went wrong in our lives in the past. With that knowledge we attempt to create a field of gravity around us in the present that includes commitments not to repeat the same mistakes and to heal the old wounds. While that kind of rearview assessment is natural to our way of thinking, introducing a forward-looking view that evaluates what we need to do to meet the exigencies of the road ahead represents the essence of intuitive wisdom. Mothers who anticipate the empty-nest syndrome are intuitively responding to emotional signals that they are in for a tumble unless they find something to fill the gap once all their children are gone. You should think of the subtle voice of your intuition that alerts you to prepare for the coming life changes as a sort of mystical experience: your soul is directing your conscious mind to what will soon manifest in your physical world.

FROM ENERGY TO MYSTICAL CONSCIOUSNESS

Energy is the first way we identify power in the mystical realm. Thoughts and intentions are expressions of energy that move at the speed of light. Physicists crossed over into this dimension of energy consciousness once they penetrated the field of quantum physics, gradually revealing the relationship between thought and its influence on particles of light. But from a mystical perspective, this light or energy that is the counterpart of matter is not just “conscious energy,” but also an expression of the sacred itself. It is the manifestation of a divine life force that enlivens all of creation.

The transcendent state is often described as lacking the physical limitations of time and space. Some mystics have spoken of experiencing a sense of timelessness during a mystical experience, perhaps in a moment of spiritual quietude in which they receive the grace of comfort at a time of great difficulty. So many people tell of “being taken over by a sense of knowing” that immediately leaves them calm and filled with inner strength. This is not a rare mystical experience but a common one. What is rare is recognizing it as a genuine mystical occurrence. Although it might last but a moment, your consciousness fully enters a timeless realm in which all the ingredients of your life suddenly, almost magically, look better.

You are no stranger to mystical experiences. The mystical incident visits everyone in various ways. Simply defined, it is an event that takes you beyond the limitations of your five senses, heightening the intensity with which you are able to relate to the profound beauty or significance of something. Often, in this moment of heightened sensitivity, you feel an oneness with whichever “other” you are in relationship with at the moment. Such a union could take place between you and nature, or between one person and another—such as a mother and her newborn—or between an individual and God. Sometimes an original idea can lift you into the mystical realms, as the power of a fresh perception has the voltage to reorder your entire reality in an instant. It flushes out all that you thought was dark and unsolvable and leaves you with a profound sense of optimism and hope. To be lifted beyond the limitations of ordinary thought, beyond the boundaries of logic and reason, and into the cosmic fresh air, where you feel suspended in the weightlessness created by a temporary absence of fear—these are the signatures of a mystical experience. These are also mystical experiences that blend easily into everyday life. Everyone has had at least one of these precious occurrences, whose potency never fades.

Mystics such as Teresa of Ávila and saints from the Eastern spiritual traditions deliberately chose a path of spiritual illumination. Their experiences were of a highly refined spiritual nature; Teresa in particular was known for her many and extraordinary mystical encounters with Jesus. She shared many of her experiences in The Interior Castle, often noting that the particulars of mystical experience cannot be described precisely, because the level on which the soul travels is beyond the comprehension of human reason. For this reason, William James wrote that genuine mystical experiences are both “ineffable”—more like states of feeling than of intellect, shaded with nuances that are difficult to convey in language—and “noetic,” that is, partaking of knowledge, insight, and illumination beyond the grasp of the rational mind. So precise was Teresa in her intimate knowledge of the fine lines between the psyche and the imagination, or between the imagination and the soul, that she noted that while the imagination is capable of constructing a vision so far as a mental image is concerned, the imagination cannot force or produce a true mystical state. The mystical experience is one that “comes upon you spontaneously,” to use her phrase, and is recognized by the soul rather than through the mind. In a profoundly mystical state, the mind is left completely baffled by an encounter with transcendent consciousness.

THE FIVE MYSTICAL LAWS

St.Teresa of Avila was certainly not the only mystic known to levitate. I had read about a meditation master who not only could levitate but could also dry sheets dipped in ice-cold water or melt snow from the force of his meditations. I had the opportunity to ask a Tibetan Rinpoche about this particular master and he giggled all through our conversation at the innocence—or foolishness— of my questions. “Of course he can do those things,” he said, “but do you know why they happen?” I said that I did not and he giggled some more, never answering. What stayed with me, however, was that he asked me if I knew why the master experienced levitation and not how. Why did he levitate and melt snow? Why implied that it was the natural consequence of something, whereas how implied that it was the result of something he himself was initiating. Mystical actions follow their own logic, a logic dictated by forces that we are unable to comprehend and that seems irrational to us—beyond the bounds of our ordinary consciousness. And yet what is extraordinary about such events is not it’s not that the mystics to whom they happen are living in another, more ethereal world, but that they are so firmly rooted in the realities of this world, of the here and now, undistracted by anything that doesn’t absolutely matter.

The First Mystical Law: There Is Only Now

The heart of so many mystical disciplines is “Stay fully present.” Learn to keep your spirit fully in focus, so that you know where all of you is at all times. Such a profound truth is one that the mind simply cannot grasp, because the intellect cannot get to this place called “now.” Only the soul can travel there. I never forgot my conversation with the Tibetan lama, and as I pursued healing in the mystical realm, the why began to reveal itself to me. My own experiences doing countless medical intuitive readings gave me a better understanding of the human energy system. In doing a reading, I could determine energetically where and why a person had lost so much energy to a past crisis, or why he or she was currently losing energy to a specific situation— losses of energy that, in turn, influenced the health of the physical body. The simple formula, obviously, was to identify and detach from whatever historic pattern was causing the energetic hemorrhage and move forward with positive choices. Simple enough on paper, as they say, but brutally difficult for most people to do in real life. As I’ve already pointed out, the need for an explanation or someone to blame, far from bringing release, locks most people into their histories. And when you are feeling weak and broken in spirit, it’s difficult to get on with the emotional and psychic demands that healing requires. So while it may sound easy to say, “Just detach and get on with your life,” there is nothing easy about it. Yet, like it or not, we are left with only two choices at the end of any crisis: We can either get better or become bitter. No one stays in neutral. We all choose one of those two paths when we are faced with difficult changes.

Quite a few years ago, I realized that the need to settle our unfinished business with the past was far more than just a psychological or emotional healing ritual; it was also a deep need of the soul that affected our ability to heal. Simply put, holding on to the bitter parts of your past— recent or distant—is like carrying credit-card debt that incurs an ever-increasing interest rate. Eventually all the energetic currency you need to run your present-day life gets redirected toward maintaining the interest on your mounting emotional debt. Finally, when you can’t afford to pay your present-day “energy bills,” you fall into “emotional bankruptcy”; that is, you become ill, because too much history is colliding with the energy of the present moment. As I’ve noted previously, the result is that you can move neither forward nor backward with life decisions, because you lack the energy to think clearly, much less make a decision and follow through on it. Because you are in debt, your energy is fragmented across the psychic decades of your life, focused neither in the present nor in any one place where you can find it. You can’t heal, because you are still more in the past than in the present; in effect, the past is more emotionally and psychically real to you than the now.

Contemporary spiritual masters such as Ram Dass and Pema Chödrön, who have become rich sources of wisdom, love, and healing, frequently speak of the power of living in the present moment, suggesting that such an achievement represents winning a great battle against the illusion of what you think of as “the power of your past.” Yet it takes great stamina of soul to master living fully in the present moment, and the reasons are worth understanding. It is not a state of consciousness that can be attained by simply repeating “I am fully present” a dozen times a day. Instead, holding your consciousness in present time is the equivalent of entering a different but parallel dimension of reality. The present moment continually renews the creative possibilities of your life.

It is not that you forget your past. You can hardly forget your past. But being in the present more fully than in your past represents where you position your creative power and your primary identity. The wounded are anchored in their past—that is their primary identity. A time that has come and gone continues to overshadow the present moment. Another choice is to accept the initiatory awakening of wounds, release your resentment toward those who played their roles in wounding you, and nurture the wisdom and compassion that wounding represents. That is, from the broken heart comes a heart that can recognize and identify with the pain of others. A wound such as that must not be wasted or buried in self pity, but brought into the light and examined, reflected upon, and used as a lens through which the lives of others are better understood. Such a choice liberates you from the gravity field of a wounded past, which can hold you hostage to unresolved memories and traumas for decades. The consciousness of present time allows you to keep your memories, but they can no longer hold you hostage, and so they can no longer drain you of your energy, which inevitably drains you of your health.

I’ve lectured about the power of living in the present moment, and, not surprisingly, nearly everyone asks me, “But how? How do I let go of the past?” It’s simple, really, but not easy, and though I’ve already commented on this point, it is worth yet another go-around with a different approach, because the subject of “letting go” is so difficult. You have to give up the need to punish the people who hurt you. The desire to get even with the people who have humiliated or hurt you is a dark truth; though we rarely admit to it, underneath all the other reasons why we find forgiveness difficult is only this one: the desire for vengeance. This one dark need can keep you tied to your past more tightly than any other trauma you have had, because there is something in human nature that needs to even the score. You may not like to admit it, but admit it you must. And more than admit it, you must get past it and ascend to a higher truth that allows you to focus on what you are meant to learn about yourself through each crisis.

Beyond overcoming the need to get even, you have to be willing to give up being hurt or traumatized as a primary power identity. The “suffering self” can be a powerful social mask that comes with a peculiar type of privilege in our therapeutic culture; being able to say “I’m done with suffering” is not as easy as you may think. Yet it is essential if you are to release the control mechanisms that you’ve attached to your healing via the suffering motif. The desire to hurt another because you are hurting, for example, is a very difficult power play to give up. The need to let others know you feel entitled to attention because of your pain and suffering is very seductive and releasing the entitlement of the suffering self is more a battle with the shadow of your own pride than it is with anyone else. Yet I repeat with great compassion: None of this is easy, but neither is living in the past, which is the equivalent of living in a psychic cemetery where you confer with problematic corpses on a regular basis.

Although none of this is easy, sometimes a transformation can happen in an instant. I’ve observed a miraculous healing as a result of an instantaneous shift from living in the past to living in present time. Sharon was battling cancer in her back, which caused her constant, relentless pain. By Sunday morning of one of my healing workshops, she realized that her pain level had been reduced by half, which was extraordinary for her. She e-mailed me three weeks later to tell me that by the following Tuesday she had been pain-free, which made her want to see her physician. He ran several tests, including an MRI on her back, and found that all signs of her cancer were gone. “I said the prayer, ‘Now, God. I release the whole of my life to you,’” Sharon explained to me. “I felt as if I went into free fall, as if I owned nothing. I felt as if I had no past and nothing to lose. I had only life to gain. I fell asleep after that prayer and when I woke up, half my pain was gone and my healing had begun.”

Sharon believed that the catalyst for her healing was that she had completely abandoned any attachment to what healing would require of her or how she would have to change her life. With that one prayer, she relinquished any attachment to the familiar. Previously she had paced her healing so as not be overwhelmed. Now she could see that she was overwhelmed already and more of the same wouldn’t matter, because what could be more overwhelming than dying? Sharon’s prayer opened her to the healing power of grace, which before she had experienced only in small doses because of her need to heal in a way that kept her familiar world intact. Sharon’s prayer of “Now, God” worked like a cosmic release valve, opening her to an intensity of grace that heals outside the boundaries of time and space, renewing her life force.

Falling into Harmony with the “Here and Now”

How do you accomplish being fully present in the “now” of your life? Do you have to wait for a desperate life-or-death situation before you can shatter the blockade of reason that holds you back from ascending to that interior place of surrender? No, not at all. Here’s one simple method to help you stay in the present: Change your vocabulary. Specifically, give up the use of the following terms and all that they imply: blame, deserve, guilt, fair, fault. If you cut those five words from your vocabulary, both in your private thoughts and in your communication with others, you will notice almost immediately that it is far more difficult to fall into negative emotional patterns. You will also discover how habitual those patterns had become. In addition to that simple suggestion, the teachings of the great spiritual masters contain all the wisdom and guidance you need—teachings so simple that they should be easy to follow. But in keeping with the paradoxical nature of the Divine, in their simplicity is hidden the arduous nature of the journey. Mystical laws interact with each other like a flowing, energetic mandala of truth. One law or truth supports another. Living in the present moment is accomplished through creating a spiritual practice as well as a life based on mystical truths and wisdom. You learn, for example, that to live in the present, the practice of forgiveness is essential. Without forgiveness, you remain anchored in your past, forever in emotional debt.

The Second Mystical Law: The Necessity of Forgiveness

I have already discussed the role of forgiveness as a factor in consciousness and as a required stage for healing. But forgiveness is also a mystical law. Unlike the other mystical laws, it has made its way into the meat and potatoes of human life, thanks to Jesus, from whom we received the mystical command to forgive, and also because forgiveness is now recognized within the holistic health field as having a practical application in terms of healing. Though other mystical laws have not so far had a measurable influence on decreasing stress or supporting one’s healing, scientists, physicians, and psychologists who have researched the relationship between stress and illness have concluded that the ability or inability to forgive affects the outcome of serious illness. People who have a forgiving nature increase their chances of recovery. Above all I want to emphasize that forgiveness is a mystical, not a logical, command. It makes no sense to the reasoning mind, because the reasoning mind is incapable of forgiveness.

Genuine forgiveness is a self-initiated mystical act that requires the assistance of grace to release you from the compulsive and often self-righteous chatter of the ego, which continually enforces a position of entitled anger or hurt. In terms of the financial metaphor I’ve been using, a genuine act of forgiveness clears your credit-card debt completely, releasing your soul from debtor’s prison. Forgiveness is not the act of releasing the aggressor, though it is usually interpreted this way. Nor is it a way of telling others that what they have done is “okay” with you and “all is forgiven now.” Neither of those interpretations even comes close to the mystical essence of forgiveness, which is fundamentally between you and God. A genuine act of forgiveness takes place in the inner landscape where your disappointed, hurt, abused, or angry ego confronts your soul, which holds to a cosmic template of justice.

The ego wants to hold another person responsible for why certain events in your life turned out as they did or for why you were hurt or treated unfairly. We always want justice to serve us and not the “other,” which, of course, means we always want to be right. Another way to translate this is that we want our version of God always to support our side, as noted by the creeds of all world religions: God is on our side. All these issues come down to the belief that if you don’t get what you want, fate has not treated you as you deserve. Ultimately, forgiveness is a battle between the righteousness of your ego and your capacity to transcend whatever situation you’ve experienced that has shattered these myths that maintain suffering is deserving of recognition, reward, or righteous vengeance:

- God is on your side and only your side.

- Justice should be logical and reasonable and always serve your side of the story.

- God follows the code of human law—if you do only good things, bad things will never happen to you, and, of course, you never do bad things.

-You are entitled to have all things work out in your favor, after all.

We can’t forgive others when these myths fail us, and they do fail us through the relationships and events that make up the tapestry of our lives. Understanding the essence of forgiveness is one of the most deeply healing and liberating gifts you can give to yourself. Among the many ways you can approach it is as a showdown between you and the forces governing your own destiny. For example, often you cannot forgive another person because you believe that he or she has ruined your life. I frequently hear people speak about their parents in this way, noting that if they had had more supportive parents, they would have gone to college and fulfilled their dreams of becoming entrepreneurs or artists or scholars. Much of the pain in people’s lives is rooted in the truth that they are unable to make even one personal and empowering choice lest it cost them their marriage or job. They project their resentment at being silenced onto the people who had or have influence over them—their “captors,” so to speak— when in fact it’s their own fears that cause them again and again to betray themselves. Who, then, is responsible for the choice of remaining in captivity, and who should really be the object of forgiveness in these situations? Whether you think of those forces as Fate or God or just the luck of the draw in the game of life, your arguments that certain things in your life should have happened differently are matters of cosmic proportion. Nothing is as simple or obvious as it appears. You can lock your sights on another person and believe with all your might that this one person destroyed your life, but from a cosmic perspective your life is far more complex than you can measure by the influence of one or two relationships.

(...)I believe that our planet has been host to many great souls, but that Buddha and Jesus are among the greatest. I consider Buddha to be the cosmic architect and archetype of Compassion, a man more fully human than perhaps any who came before him. Buddha saw the dark side of human consciousness as if it were a freshly cleaned window on a sunny day. He saw how and why people could—and indeed would—so easily find illusions of power more attractive and seductive than their own innermost nature.

And I consider Jesus the cosmic architect and archetype of Forgiveness, a man whose divinity is beyond our capacity to comprehend. Jesus incarnated to unveil the inner power of the human spirit—the power to heal, to love beyond the boundaries of one’s own tribe, to create peace, and to know God directly and intimately. This power comes at a price, however, and that price is the test that positions the power of the ego against the power of the soul. In order to illustrate the test, the teacher Jesus had to incarnate the entire archetypal journey that culminated with the story of his arrest, trial, crucifixion, and resurrection. The core of this drama was Jesus’s message to us to embody a level of consciousness that transcended human reason: There is a higher law that rules the spirit, a mystical law that holds no allegiance to the laws of religion. If you are able to embody this law, you can heal the sick, feed the hungry, cast out demons (or madness of the mind), and even raise the dead. But the way to this sacred consciousness requires that you release your belief that a self-serving system of justice can be attained on earth. Believing in any system of human justice is the same as believing in righteous vengeance, because the tribe that loses will always feel abused and want to seek revenge. From the ego’s perspective, nothing about life on this earth is entirely just or fair, because the ego is fundamentally self-serving. Anything that doesn’t materially benefit us is perceived by the ego as grossly unjust. It’s not only that good people suffer and bad people seem to have it all, but that I suffer and I don’t have it all. Yet Jesus insisted that the presence of Abba, as he called the father-God in his native Aramaic, is a force of love so powerful it allows you to trust that beyond whatever you may endure lie greater cosmic reasons for your experiences. Reach deep into your soul to surrender to that which your ego cannot comprehend, he said, in terms that even today are difficult for the mind to comprehend, let alone the ego: “I say to you, do not resist an evil person; but whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also” (Matthew 5:39). The greatest challenge is to forgive those whom you could so easily justify retaliating against, for when is your mind so clear of illusions that you truly grasp why events happen as they do? Having given this lesson, Jesus lives it to the fullest. He prays to God while in the Garden of Gethsemane not to have to suffer the fate that he foresees for himself, to have “this cup taken from me.” But there is no response from God. Jesus receives no guidance whatsoever as to why he has to endure the nightmare that is about to unfold; he must surrender in blind faith. Indeed, he is abandoned and betrayed by his friends; he is put on trial for bogus crimes, he is tortured and humiliated. Finally, as he hangs on the cross, Jesus asks, “Father, why have you abandoned me?” But in the next breath, he says, “Forgive them, for they know not what they do,” as if his entire crucifixion would have been for naught had that one detail been omitted. In going through each of those tests of abandonment, betrayal, accusation, humiliation, and torture, Jesus endured every act that a person can “righteously” claim as justification for vengeance. His death embodied the ultimate shattering of the power of the ego against the illusions of the physical world. In responding with forgiveness, he was birthing a new template of consciousness that would show us all how to release ourselves from the hell of the illusion that some cosmic injustice has befallen us. The mystical truth is that forgiveness has nothing whatever to do with the person you are forgiving; it is a self-initiated act of transformation in which you release yourself from a level of consciousness that binds you to the illusion that you are safe and protected in a world of chaos and that your God is the only God of justice and fairness for all humanity. For if any one people were truly to have such a relationship with the Divine, imagine how relentless they/we would be? The fairness of the Divine is in the equality of chaos and in our capacity to do evil to each other, as well as in our capacity to release each other from hell. Forgiveness is an act so powerful that a resurrection of the inner self does indeed occur, because you are retrieving your spirit from the dead zone of past traumas and unfinished business. Falling into Harmony with Forgiveness: No amount of logical chatter can ever motivate us to forgive. I’m not sure how useful talk therapy is in this process, except that it serves to help us release the frustration of not being able to forgive. Ultimately, you have to turn to the power of grace to break through the boundaries of your reason, which can be ruthless in producing justification and hurt pride. Pray for the grace to forgive, and be ready to act on that grace. Let it melt through traumatic memories and do your best not to fight the meltdown, because it will happen. And in keeping with the nature of mystical laws, refer to the power and wisdom of other laws for support, particularly the one that follows.

The Third Mystical Law: All Is Illusion

I often think of Jesus as the soul who opened the cosmic heart for humanity and of Buddha as the soul who opened the cosmic mind, introducing the mystical path of the Four Noble Truths. If followed with devotion, these truths can lead to spiritual enlightenment. Centered on the rich mystical truth “All is illusion,”

the Four Noble Truths are these:

The First Truth: Suffering— Buddha says that birth is suffering, aging and illness are suffering, and death is suffering. Facing a person you hate is suffering, as surely as being separated from someone you love. Not getting what you want is suffering.

The Second Truth: The Cause of Suffering —Buddha says that the cause of human suffering is undoubtedly found in the thirsts of the physical and mental body and in its perceived illusions. Traced to their source, these thirsts and illusions are rooted in intense craving. And craving, which is motivated by a will to live, seeks only what is sensed as being desirable. The Third Truth: The Ending of Suffering —If instinctual craving or desire could be removed, then passion would die out and all human suffering would end.

The Fourth Truth: The Noble Path to the Ending of Suffering— The way leading to a cessation of desire and suffering is the Noble Eightfold Path: Right Ideas, Right Resolution, Right Speech, Right Behavior, Right Livelihood, Right Effort, Right Mindfulness, Right Concentration. Buddha says that enlightenment can be gained only by the discipline of the Noble Path, and that living without the understanding of the Noble Path sets our life on an endless labyrinth of illusions, motivated by fears and physical desires. All is illusion in life except the Noble Path. Only truth is real.

All is illusion. This is one of the more baffling mystical truths, because every one of your five senses will tell you otherwise. Imagine this scenario: I step on your shoe. It’s not an illusion that your foot is now hurting or that your shoe is now slightly marked. But we enter illusion when we start asking why. Why did I step on your shoe? Was it because I didn’t like your shoe? Or was it because I was trying to stop you from leaving the room? Or maybe it was because I just don’t like you. Maybe I wanted that pair of shoes and you got to them first. Or maybe, just maybe, I didn’t see you standing there and it was simply an accident. What we do know is that, left to your own imagination, you will more than likely reach into the vast resources of your memory archives and fill in the void of why I stepped on your shoe with some negative association from your past or a negative projection about me in the present. It’s not personal, as the Godfather might say, just business. It’s what we do. We tend to fill voids with something negative, a fear or insecurity. It would never occur to you that my accidentally stepping on your shoe was part of an even bigger plan to delay your departure from the building, which in turn made you a few minutes later in reaching a certain intersection on your way home. And maybe that two-minute difference saved your life, because a driver was going to run a red light at that intersection and would have hit you. Is it impossible to believe such a micro-drama could be enacted just to save your life? These micro-dramas occur continually through traffic jams, dishes that slip out of hands in the morning, and last-minute phone calls that keep us from running out the door at a certain time. How do you know why things happen as they do? You don’t. You have no idea and you never will. Much less are you capable of knowing what must take place today in order that certain events unfold one or two years or a decade from now. Perhaps a car accident is necessary, or you have to get fired so that you can end up in another position, because that is where you will meet someone you will end up cherishing the rest of your life.

Why events happen as they do in your life, from the grandest or most devastating to the most seemingly insignificant, is beyond your ability to know. You can no more distinguish what is significant from what is insignificant, if such a thing as insignificant exists at all. Whether something brings you pain or pleasure, happiness or sadness, is not the best arbiter of what really matters, which most of us should have learned by now. Those feelings are just temporary responses to your experiences, and even your responses are illusions. You are happy one day, sad the next, melancholy on the third day, bored on the fourth, ecstatic on the fifth, exhausted on the sixth, and on the seventh day you’re confused about the whole of your life. The deeper truth is that there is not one reason why a particular thing happens as it does. Every event is the result of the compilation of hundreds, if not thousands or millions, of events that have been in motion for an unknowable length of time. You are alive because of your parents, and your parents’ parents, and so on back into the mists of history. So where did your gene pool begin, exactly? You have no idea and you never will. It’s an illusion that you know where you came from or the origin of the psychic DNA that you are carrying within you and around you. And if this is the case, there really is no reason why any of us should expend our energy searching for reasons why certain experiences or events happened as they did. That is a cosmic quest, not an earthly one. But as Buddha noted more than 2,500 years ago, if you want to suffer, then follow an illusion, such as the path of your humiliated ego and its passion to get even with the people who have hurt or abandoned you. You will discover that such a path leads only to more illusions. I’ve heard my share of stories about people who went into therapy as adults, for example, to heal the memories of an abusive childhood. Part of the therapy included reconciliation with the abusing parents. I know of three cases in which, after all the therapeutic prep work and anticipation of finally confronting the surviving parent, the response was almost as devastating as the original wounds, because the parents denied ever abusing these people as children. In their own ways, the parents were telling their adult children that their memories were illusions, when in all likelihood the memories of these abusive parents were illusory, based on the lies they had to tell themselves. Only one thing was certain: the memories of the parents had nothing whatever in common with those of the returning adults who were so intent on finally extricating themselves from their emotional dungeons. Falling into Harmony with Illusion: The power of all mystical truths finds its way into our lives in some fashion, even disguised in the form of common social wisdom, such as “One never knows what goes on behind closed doors.” The deeper implication of that well-known adage is, of course, that what you see and hear in the world around you is nothing but an illusion. You know that to be the case in your own life as well, which is where the practice of the Third Mystical Law begins. The practice of the Third Mystical Law (not to be confused with the Buddha’s Third Noble Truth, the Ending of Suffering) is greatly enhanced by the teachings of Buddhism. One way of discerning the power of illusion is through self-examination of your actions and agendas regarding the people with whom you feel you are on an unequal footing. These are the individuals with whom you negotiate your power and who make you vulnerable to behaviors that draw from your dark passions. In seeking their approval, you will adjust your behavior to please them more than you realize. You will morph yourself, your opinions, or your creativity, and you might even negotiate your honor or integrity, just to remain on good terms with these people. No matter what rationale you give yourself for your actions, negotiating your power for the sake of personal acceptance is a form of self-betrayal that results in a loss of selfrespect. Such actions always result in toxic resentment (is there any other kind?), because in negotiating your power you automatically expect some type of reward or recognition, even though you may not acknowledge it consciously. When none is forthcoming, resentment increases and you feel disempowered. Emotional, mental, and psychic disempowerment over prolonged periods of time inevitably turns into cycles of depression, despair, and ultimately chronic illness with elements of fatigue and physical pain. At the root of all this is a desire for empowerment through the recognition of others, which is a path of illusion. The truth is that no one can empower another person. Instead, you need to turn to the higher truths, reminding yourself: “No one has done anything to hurt or reject me. That is an illusion. It can look and feel that way, because of my own personal needs, but I am in charge of my needs. So, I forgive all these people who I believed had deliberately hurt or rejected me. That, too, was an illusion. They never plotted to reject or hurt me. I projected expectations onto them based on my own desires and they failed to live up to my imagined plans for them.” Mystical truths help you to see clearly, because they provide order when you may be tempted to fear there is only chaos in your life. Although you may experience great pain from losing a job, from health crises, or from going through a divorce, you can also find extraordinary comfort in the mystical truth “Change is constant.” To believe that anything can remain perfect, successful, or healthy forever is always just a wishful illusion. We may not be able to know the truth about any one situation, but we can know truth itself, which is often found wrapped in paradox.

The Fourth Mystical Law: Trust in Divine Paradox, Irony, and Synchronicity.

A paradox is an apparent contradiction that nonetheless contains the truth. The power of a paradox, by its very nature, cannot be captured in a single definition. Paradoxical dynamics are currents that animate the wild cards of our lives, sometimes with such dramatic force that they give us pause to consider, “Who could possibly have masterminded such an event?” These are the experiences that open our imaginations to take seriously a truth that mystics have long known: Paradox is one of the languages of the Divine. Unlike many of us, who long for a Supreme Being who communicates in logical celestial codes, mystics see in paradoxical events and situations a “divine irony” that tends to be more in keeping with the nature of divine expression. Paradoxical dynamics are somehow perfectly suited to the eternal tug-of-war between the ego and the soul, and we can learn a great deal by training ourselves to recognize the truth within divine paradox. Consider the birth of Jesus in a manger, symbolic of an ever-present theme in spiritual life— that divine power always enters your life through the humblest door. In contrast, Siddhartha Gautama, as Buddha was known before his enlightenment, was born into opulence and protected by his father, a king of sorts, from the unpleasant sights of life, such as aging, sickness, and death. But young Siddhartha managed to sneak out of his perfect world, only to collide with imperfection—by seeing an old man and a funeral procession—and that collision shattered his consciousness wide open. The paradox: Buddha needed absolute wealth to understand that no amount of material security could preserve him from the human fate of suffering. From that collision of opposites, he began his search for truth. The energetic threads that manipulate ironic events, too, reveal the handiwork of the Divine in our lives.

I heard about a woman, for instance, whose husband died on the day that their lottery ticket won the jackpot. He had always bought a ticket for her, and she checked out that last lottery ticket purely for sentimental reasons. It turned out to be the winning ticket. In an interview, she said, with tears in her eyes, “He always said he’d provide for me.” Ironic events along with paradoxical ones stand out in our lives, calling us to notice them. They come together with rare, once-in-a-lifetime ingredients that may never coalesce again. These facts alone beckon us to take notice that unusual forces have consciously gathered around us to make that one event happen. How we interpret it, of course, depends on the sophistication of our interior skills.

I am one, for example, who does not make a big cosmic deal out of finding a parking spot on a crowded shopping afternoon. I’m just relieved. On the other hand, I do make note of receiving a letter from someone I hadn’t thought of in years, only to realize I had come across a photo of him the day before and left it on my desk all afternoon, just for the pleasure of remembering times gone by. While experiences such as these can appear to be random, the element of paradox invites us to consider the possibility that they are not random at all, but reveal yet another mechanism of cause and effect that is governed by the sacred. Whereas the mechanism of paradox is similar in function to Jung’s concept of synchronicity—that is, an impersonal function of the collective consciousness—divine paradox is conscious and personal. How often has something happened to us that in the moment we think is devastating, only to discover six months or a year later that it was the proverbial “blessing in disguise”? There is nothing at all impersonal about such events, and those of you who have had the experience of a blessing in disguise know that’s true. Sometimes the blessing is simply that these events draw us out of our ordinary “sleeping” state; that is, they cause us to wonder about the greater cosmic map, and that’s purpose enough. But the element of divine paradox is present in how change occurs in our lives, what it looks like, and what it is meant to stimulate in us. The ego is always frightened and cannot discern a blessing from a tragedy, because its only compass is its own survival. As a result, it bases every decision on either what it already knows and is familiar with or what it views as safe, all of which Buddha identified as pure illusion. Times of change are about exactly that—a need to change. But changes of circumstance are the illusion, not the intent. You are always the object of change, never your situation. When life presents you with a crossroads and you are not sure what to do, the ego will always fall back on what it has already done. The ego pulls out its resume, which is, paradoxically, exactly the wrong thing to do. Change arrives because you need to move forward, not retreat to the past. So often people say, “But I don’t know what to do” or “I don’t know where to begin.” More and more that is the case as our familiar world is in meltdown and we must now rely on our creative instincts to build a new global community. People who look to their past will not do well, because the past is no longer relevant. We can only go forward and toward the fact—and it is a fact—that learning to rely on divine paradox and wisdom will become a great survival grace.

Falling into Harmony with Divine Paradox: What is big is really small; what is small is really big. What is frightening is really the safe path; what looks safe is your fear talking. What looks like chaos is actually a future blessing in disguise. Your greatest power is humility; your greatest weakness is humiliation. The mustard seed (one clear soul) has more power than the mountain (a group of people in chaos). The power of prayer and grace—knowing how to work in harmony with the cosmos— influences the whole of life, whereas trying to dominate one person destroys you. Your ego—and not someone else’s—is your most ruthless adversary.

Live these truths. Take them into your life and act on them. Look for paradoxical forces in your life and note that these energies are not accidental but represent dynamics that are cause for a conscious response. And always return to your graces as a way of reminding yourself that your highest potential is worth all this effort.

The Fifth Mystical Law: Maintain Spiritual Congruency

Whether you strike out on the path of consciousness in order to heal yourself or to engage more profoundly in matters of the spirit, one way of describing your goal is to say that you want to become a congruent human being. Congruency can take many forms, but in essence you are congruent when your beliefs match up with your everyday actions and your spiritual practice. Say what you believe and believe what you say; act on your beliefs and follow through on guidance that comes from inner reflection. In this way, body, mind, and soul finally come into an alignment that allows for the harmony of the graces to flow through you as naturally as your breath. You maintain congruence by honoring the spiritual truths that you have consciously made a part of your interior life. Only you know what you believe to be true about the Divine. Only you know what you believe to be true about your purpose in life and what qualifies as real or illusion for you. Once you make those choices, compromising them is an act of self-betrayal, because you are violating your personal truth. And truth is its own monitoring device; that is, you can never lie to yourself about compromising a truth. Further, your biology itself will show signs of the stress when you become incongruent with a truth. Truth is such a powerful force that many people dance around making commitments to what they believe to be true, as if they are shopping for political philosophies. In workshops I ask people, “What do you believe?” The majority of them respond, “I’m not sure,” or “I don’t know,” fearing, superstitiously, that God will hold them accountable for their answers. And there’s an element of truth in that, because part of us realizes that an acknowledgement of a belief—whether private or public—stands as an official commitment to it, if only before our own conscience. So we often avoid making such acknowledgements, as the acknowledgement may demand a response of congruent action that could be life-transforming. It is safer to remain in a fog about what finally qualifies as a truth worthy of commitment; yet a consciousness left in a fog is incapable of creating any clear path in life, much less of healing anything. Falling into Harmony with Congruence: There is nothing easy about living a conscious life, but it’s even more treacherous to live an unconscious one. I’d like to say “a fully conscious life,” but that might seem idealistic to the point of impossibility. Simply being as conscious as you can be at each moment is a full-time job, because becoming a conscious person is all about realizing the full potential of the power of choice. And of all the choices that you can make, none is as empowering as the decision to live in a spiritually congruent way. Each of the mystical laws I’ve described is in its own way supportive of all the other laws. But perhaps the most helpful practice for maintaining a congruent life is referring to Buddhism’s Four Noble Truths outlined earlier in this chapter. The wisdom of those teachings will help you to identify illusions in your life that are draining you of your energy and stamina. It’s always important to return to inner balance before you engage in any action. In addition to the Four Noble Truths, you can enhance the practice of spiritual congruence by following this advice: • • Say only what you believe and believe what you say. Power originates behind your eyes, not in front of your eyes. Once power becomes visible, it evaporates. True power is invisible. Thought precedes the creation of matter. Therefore, your thoughts are instruments of creation as much as your words, deeds, and finances. Become conscious about the quality of your thoughts, because each one sets patterns of cause and effect into motion. Every thought is a tool. Every thought is a prayer.

Judgment anchors you to the person or thing you judge, making you its servant. Judge others too harshly and you become their prisoner.

LIFE WITHOUT GRAVITY

Every day we will slip in our efforts to live a congruent, conscious life. So what? Get up, try again, slip some more. Imagine life without being controlled by the illusions of fear—fear of not having enough, fear of rejection, and fear of failure. Imagine your fears as having less influence over you. A completely fearless life may be unrealistic, but a life in which you keep your fears at a distance is an achievable goal. Mystics did not set about learning the nature of God or the higher mystical laws so that they could literally defy gravity—that is, so that they could levitate while they meditated, heal others spontaneously and at a distance, bilocate, or develop telepathic abilities. The great mystics of India warned that such remarkable powers—or siddhis, as they are known in their tradition— could be a great distraction on one’s spiritual path. Those capabilities they viewed instead as fruits that fell from the single tree in their garden, which was their passionate love for all things divine. The mystical approach to life is not to see life from without, but to perceive it from within, to sense your energetic field before you allow your body to move into action. Sense the many currents of information that are electrically charged in the atmosphere and interpret that information. Respond to that information, run it through your spiritual senses, and then let that data enter your ordinary mind. Learn to utilize all of your spiritual senses as naturally as you breathe, and always within the consciousness that you are living in a field of grace.

WORTHY OF REFLECTION

Ask yourself, “What psychic, emotional, or mental weight am I carrying that is unnecessary to my journey? Why am I carrying this?” Be tough with yourself. Don’t carry extra emotional baggage. It doesn’t serve you or anyone else. Seek the truth in all aspects of your life. Ask the constant question “What is the truth in this situation?” Search for wisdom, for understanding, for insight at every opportunity. Learn to endure. Remember that no plan unfolds in an afternoon. Have no expectations of anything. Let everything be a surprise. Give up the need to know why things happen as they do. How do you know what success or failure is? You’ve never had a scale that can measure either one of those two ends of the spectrum. Everything is just experience. Reflect on whether experience empowers or disempowers you—that is all. Does each experience make you more aware, more honest, more grateful, kinder, more generous, more compassionate? That’s where you should focus your attention. Act on your guidance without constantly saying that you’re frightened and require proof that you will be safe. You will never get that proof. Every choice in life is an act of faith. Stop letting fear be the one constant voice you listen to with unremitting faith. Be outrageously bold in your belief that you will be guided but do not have expectations of how that guidance will unfold. Keep your attention in present time—always in present time.

Develop a truly devoted prayer life. Go inward. Find a way into your soul that serves who you are at this stage in your life, but wean yourself of just speaking your surface thoughts to the Divine in a conversational way and discover your interior graces.

These are times of change, and among the most crucial changes is the need for people who would not ordinarily seek mystical teachings to turn to them now with a soul-felt passion. We are past the point when just reading about healing and human consciousness is of any value. All sojourners must awaken and cease the search for who they are in this world. What answer do you need other than “I am a soul in search of truth”? Your soul knows it can defy gravity. And you know that you can learn the mystical laws. The question is whether you can transcend the boundaries of ordinary reason: that is the great challenge in this human life that binds us all.

At the end, the 3D image created of the 'man inside the shroud' is in my opinion the most astounding 'living image' of Jesus Christ. Michael affirms what we've suspected; life is indeed a learning game. He then describes the structure and rules of this game, making note of patterns which are much too large to be perceived easily while in a human body, living in their midst.

To begin the game, sparks of light and consciousness (that's us) who are attracted to experience on the earth plane cast themselves out from the Tao or God--the birthplace of all souls--and merge into a family of consciousness that includes about 1000 individual fragments or essences. This is the group Michael calls an entity. Seven entities are loosely bound together in a larger group called a cadre.

Each spark of consciousness first checks out a prospective planet in what Michael calls devic form. A deva is an intelligent energy being, without a body, who tends, and blends in with, nature. If, after gaining experience of the planet in a devic state, the entire cadre is in agreement to begin physical life, each fragment must slow its energy down to become solid and start the process of incarnating on the Physical Plane.

All the individual essences will have dozens upon dozens of lifetimes and gather up incredible amounts of experience which will be shared, to the core, with the entire entity. When all members have completed the whole growth and experience cycle on earth, each entity again merges back into one very intimate consciousness. Each fragment will then share in the experience, feelings and knowledge of all the others.

Thus, the individual essences in the entity gradually start incarnating, over many hundreds of years, onto the earth as individual human beings. The first essences to jump into earth lifetimes tend to be the most brash and brave of individuals in their following lives too; and the last ones, some of the most thoughtful.

Before taking a body each lifetime, every essence determines for itself, perhaps carefully, perhaps not, which culture, which parents, what the body type and sex will be and what the personality will be like. Individuals generally choose to put themselves in the vicinity of their entity mates in order to have these familiar and comfortable other parts of themselves available for relationships.

Each physical plane existence changes and deepens the essence's point of view. The structure is to go through the developmental levels Michael calls Infant, Baby, Young, Mature, and Old Soul levels. Each will take a minimum of seven lifetimes, more likely around twenty. After that there are six other planes of existence to grow through, and then it's back to the oneness of the Tao. This is an extraordinarily long "game" we are talking about, at least from our earthly perspective.

Soul age refers to how a person has grown from experience on the planet, not just to how many lifetimes he or she has lived.

No person, essence or entity is "ahead" or "behind" any other, but is simply occupying another place in the continuous circle leading to and from the Tao.

Ways of being are supposed to be different in different developmental stages; at some point we experience it all, moving continually along to different levels of understanding and responsibility. Michael always emphasizes that while each stage is unique and manifestly distinct from the others, no one place is better or worse than any other; they all belong in this game we have chosen to play.

"Greetings Dear Ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic service.

I am always aware of where I am, I am aware of the souls that are here. If it is true that the Creator is inside you and I am part of the creative energy, I know who you are. I know the issues that you face. I know why you’ve come. Some have come just to enjoy the energy and some have come with profound sorrow. Some have come with problems that they think are unsolvable. And I know them all. Sometimes you sit and ponder life, do you not, and you wonder what is all about. Why would this happen to me, to my family? And you ask yourself truly, 'is it worth it?', 'what is life about?', and in these lessons in these days we wanted to give you an overview.
It is not about what happens to you, it truly is what you do with it. As if the events around you push various buttons that say: how are you going to deal with this, how are you going to deal with that.
There was an old system, for we again speak of system -the system of the human being of the planet earth. and it required that the human be put in test situations. And almost all of you are, and that has a name and it is called karma. Twenty one years ago I spoke to you and I said there is a new energy on this planet and the energy voids karma. Meaning the very system of humanity on Earth is changing. Karma is developed in order to put lessons in front of human. These lessons then generate a vibrational change on the planet depending on how they are dealt with . Many times karma is put in front of you with family and you have a chance to learn its lessons or not, and then it may happen again. All of this old system, is as if you were riding in a boat and you never knew where it was going. And somehow it would steer into dangerous waters, anxiety, drama, and it is how you deal with it, that changes the planet. It does not empower the human, but it is the oldest esoteric system on Earth and the ancients spoke of it. We said twenty one years ago that it is over for those who wish it to be. It is true karma is still here but the human being has now the ability to step out of it, to reach and take the tiller of the boat and steer the boat into calm waters. The reason is that the energy of you today on this planet empowers you to steer your own course .Because you will be far more successful in raising the planets vibration with the wisdom that you now have that has been given to you over the last generation. Many of you are beginning to realize it and to use it and it is maybe the simplest change there is .
And now I am going to give you a complexity, show you the mastery within, the esoterics of who you are. I love to reveal a beautiful system for you, that shows you why you were in the boat steering it yourself. How do I begin?

Oh human being, God loves you! As you sit there, God loves you!

We want you to leave differently than you came, to hear us clearly, we want you to participate in the energy of discovery. There are some things you cannot change around you, but if you will change yourself you will watch those things change. It is an interesting system. Where the more that you are able to claim the mastery within you, the more things around you shift. Why would that be? Because you are steering the boat. Because you are in charge of your own life.
Let us begin by revealing something about yourself . In that which is your reality, you are very singular. There is around you a feeling that everything on Earth is one item, starting with your own body. There is one body, one life, one soul, one God , one truth, one reality. This is the singular bias that the human being has of themselves. There can only be one of you since you’re only on one track of reality that goes from the past to the future. When you look in the mirror you see one face. This is a tridimensional reality. And it hides everything you are. Could it be that there is more? Could it be that there is more around you that you can see, that perhaps you’ve had help, could it be that you are bigger than you think? But you can’t see it in the mirror.
I see the old soul, I see the wisdom of you, I see the reason you’re here. I was with you before you came, in your time, moments before you decided to come back to the Earth, I looked at you and said "are you ready to do this yet again?", and I remember what you said. Each said something different. You had control of the elements, beautiful colors makeup the speech, music was everywhere, music you remember. And you said to me: "I would not miss this time, this is when the Earth is going to shift, this is what I’ve been waiting for". And I said "You’ve been here so many times,why would you now go back?" And you said "My family is there, I would not miss this". And this is the truth, old soul. You’ve been here so many times, your wisdom is so great but you don’t know it. The invitation this day is to see the mastery inside and start understanding who you are. In the process you will change your life , the things around you will change. and you will start to gain more joy, you will start waking up joyful.

I’m going to take you back to a Bible story, it is a true one, recorded in your Old Testament, the Hebrew testament and I’m going to take you on a journey. It’s a story about the prophet Elijah, the Hebrew prophet. (Kings 2, in the Catholic and Protestant Bible versions). Indeed he was a master and very wise one. And he knew God. I’m going to show you his ascension, as it happened then.

Elijah told those around him "I’m going to ascend, I’m going home, it is time". And the master he was knew how. When the time was up, he wished to cross the veil without death. Around him he had many wise people. Elisha wanted to be like him, to have his wisdom, the wisdom of the master. He asked Elijah if he would pass this to him, the profound work of the prophet. Elijah agreed and said " Record my ascension, tell everyone what you see", as he knew what was going to happen. "I want you to be here with me, I want you to see a human being ascend. Follow this with me". Elijah said "goodbye, it is time". You could feel the sacredness of what was going to happen, Elijah walked into the field and what happened next has been written for you to see. All that happened was multidimensional. And so the only thing that Elisha could report was what he could see in 3d. Elisha was wise, and he knew that he could only see that which was seeable. But there was more. And so he was watching for the metaphors that might occur. He knew he had to record it with his eyes and write it down the best he could. That’s when the lights started. It was beautiful! Elijah was turning into light.
And now dear human being I want you to know something. There was no chariot from the sky that came to get Elijah. God did not come and 'fetch' the master. Instead the master turned into a piece of God. Right where he stood, the light intensified so that Elisha could almost not keep his eyes open, colors were beautiful, there was no sound, and that made it seem even more mystical. Such power was there, it looked like his master was on fire , the light took him to his knees, and thru the tears of his sorrow he watched his master ascend. That’s when he saw it. He saw Three white horses appear around the light, and the light almost split into 3 parts, and his master seeming to ride on the light. Elisha knew there were no horses in the light and in the sky and so he knew it was a metaphor, just for him.
Now I want to tell you what happened. I will give you point by point the system of the human being.

Dear human, this is going to be difficult for you to understand, but you are no different from Elijah. You may not have opened the door and the portal that is there, you maybe are not a wise prophet, but everything that Elijah had, you do. How much of it you use is your choice. How much of that light is in your life is your choice. But you carry the potential of everything that Elisha saw.
Elisha named the energy of Elijah’s chariot, he gave it a Hebrew name that you know even today, a word that in Hebrew means to ride, a sacred ride it was, he gave a name to the energy of the light that was around Elijah. A light that went out 8 meters from his body, and seemed to shine like the sun. And he called it the merkaba. And each of you have it. I look into this audience, and I see the lights of all of you, when you’re sitting next to a person, and your merkaba goes 8 meters out, who else is your consciousness touching, family ? Do you realize your influence? And if you’ve never activated anything that is sacred in you, it does nothing. But if you’ve opened this door, shaman, to let the light in your life, you are the healer you think you are . And everywhere you walk GOD knows you, but so does Gaia. Every footprint is known, for you are seeding the earth with light. This is the potential of every human. I am going to pull apart the 3 basic sacred elements of the system of humanity: the 3 white horses are the 3 multidimensional parts of every human ,just like Elijah.

1) Number One, the largest one that you carry with you , that you would call a piece of the Creator, has been named as the Higher Self. The Higher Self is inside you, it is not in the sky and it is not higher than you are. It vibrates higher than you do, therefore it is the high-er self. This part of you is your core soul sacredness, and most of the world is not aware of it. Most of the humans walking around have no idea of it, and it sits quietly, and it can do nothing without the human asking. Human being , free choice is everything. The human can’t steer their own boat without asking, opening the door, giving intent. It does not happen automatically. It is honoring the free choice of the human. That’s the largest horse, it’s beautiful, a piece of creation itself, everyone of you has it, it is not another entity, it is the core of you. There are so many humans who say they are afraid to open that door, because they don’t know what is going to happen. But my partner (Lee Caroll, the channeler) told you what happened 21 years ago when he opened the door.He said just a few words: "If you’re there, show me". And we did. And in those moments, I did nothing. He met his Higher Self, and it scared him. For he felt for a moment his sole connection with the Universe. And the most incredible love he has ever known. That is the higher self. And he had to meet that before I was ever able to come in, and that is the system , in touch with that which is elemental and you. In touch with the core soul energy of the Creator and of life. And that’s what you meet first, that’s how you learn how to love yourself first. Its the only way you can learn how to work in a quantum way. The higher self starts to teach you. It is you. Could there be anything more beautiful ? That at some level you meet yourself? It’s a beautiful system.

2) The second horse. Is difficult to explain, for now we become quantum. Coming in with you is a seemingly soul split , it is what you would call guides, and when you say "my angels" ,that which you feel around you, which seems to be helping you, is actually you. Eight meters around you, is your energy field. And that’s where they are. And it seems like they are other entities to you, because you are singular. Your reality says you only have one piece of you, your body. Therefore when you sense others around you, it has to be entities, doesn’t it? Has to be your helpers, your guides, your angels, some of you give them names, that’s all appropriate, but here is the truth: they are you. They are the second white horse. They come in with you, they are part of you and they are also part of that which is your core soul energy.
Notice how many parts that are esoteric we’re telling you about. Three. Have you seen the 3 lately? The 3 is the catalytic number , watch for it , for it tells you things are changing. The second horse is represented by that guide-set which is around you- what do they do? First of all they are you. They know you very well, they know how to help you, they know you better than anyone. But they sit there and they do nothing, until you activate them. My partner sat in the chair and when he said the words "Alright who are you, come in", the guide-set applauded. They saw the potentials. They saw what might happen ,they saw him asking permission to see them. The emotion was overwhelming for him, not only did he meet his Higher Self, but he had a choir of his own angels singing songs. No wonder he slammed the door, it was frightening (especially for an engineer.)
This is different for everyone. Some of you have opened the door, some of you’ve done it gradually, some of you were aware at birth you would do this , some of you have walked with these angels of yours all of your life. It brings you here today. I know who is here: the healers, the channelers, those who write the books, all of you are helping humanity, all of you have the door open for you, remember my partner went from zero to everything all at once and it was traumatic for him. We didn’t show him the third piece, until 6 years ago, and the third piece is the hardest one to explain. These 3 pieces have been identified by almost every religion on the planet. For all those in high spiritual places feel the three. Prophets and masters who’ve walked the Earth have labeled them and they all have different names, in this culture they are known as the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
3) From those 3 the hardest one to explain is the Holy Spirit. What is it? Well, it is a spirit of holiness. What is it? Not the Higher Self, not the angels around you, but it’s a helpful energy that seems to represent everything. Is it possible that part of you is everywhere? The answer is Yes. Difficult to explain. But you are in a quantum state with everything. This allows for the synchronicity that some of you count on. You call it conscious creation. A co-creative human being knows something is going to happen, has no detail about it (what, when, where) but plans for it. You are in tune quantumly with everything. This is a human being who is not in 3d, who can think out of that structure and put themselves in a place of absolute knowing. The answers will occur when they are supposed to , I don’t know when, I have no idea what they will be, or when they will occur, but I’m counting on it, therefore I will plan for it. And because they represent solutions in my life , I am peaceful. Because I know it’s on the way, because I know it’s coming, there is no drama in my life about it. Have you met those like that?
Look at the face of the Christ. Did He know his future? And did you see it on His face? NO. What did you see on His face? The joy of God. The animals who followed Him around knew it, the Earth knew it as every footstep was taken. He said: "I am the son of God, and so are you" . He said that. He wanted you to know that everything He represented on the planet is available to you, right now. That was the message.

Those are the 3 horses. Difficult to explain. How would you begin to implement this information now? Is it too complex, what’s next to you? This is the information I give you for 21 years. Sit down in the chair and with pure intent and full surrender say “Dear God, I am ready to start opening this door, take my hand and slowly show me the way". And then trust your first intuition, the hardest thing the human does, you have an intuition about something and immediately you throw it away and later you say "I knew that would happen", so why didn't you believe it? Because it comes from you, and humans are taught that they are nothing, that they are born dirty, they don’t have the wisdom of God and to throw away those things which are good. Trust your intuition. It is the best way your angels have of talking to you. Those pieces and parts of yourself that reside in your merkaba, communicate through intuition. Start to trust it. It is like a muscle in the body that is quantum. The more you trust it the more it reveals itself, you get better at it and better at it, pretty soon you’ll live by it. I just gave you the secret: pure intent, full surrender, trusting your intuition, practice. And these things will start a journey, it’s got to be pure, it’s got to be something that you do because you are involved in it, not something you try, like a new program of exercise. It’s got to be complete with every cell of your body.

Now finally I give you this: Old soul, you are here for a reason.
Maybe everything I’ve said you already know and this is only a time for reminder. The shift is upon you, it is moving to South America. It’s a time to put things together not tear them apart. It’s a time for unification. Is there someone you don’t like? Is there someone you won’t work with? Is that unity?! They’re family. Can you look at them and learn to love them no matter what has happened between you.
If you can, you are one who is gluing together that which needs to be glued. If you continue to walk the other way, you’re tearing things apart. It is time for family to unify. Recognize the light in the others around you, throw away the differences of how you might perceive, of what you think they are doing to you or you to them, and see them as brothers and sisters. Take their hand and look in their eyes, and say to them "I forgive you, can you forgive me, so we can work together?" It doesn’t mean you have to have a business together, just means you have to acknowledge that you are both children of God and you have a right to work and saw your own seeds of light on the Planet, and you agree to do it with one love, compassion and consciousness. It is about maturing and it is time, and the energy that is moving here will promote this. Be part of it, it is why you were born now, it is why you are here now, hearing this, and some of you are so ready! This is the message you need : unify, glue together, collide, this is the message of the day, the only message.
What are you going to do with this? When you go home today, is this going to seem just a meeting? This is my advice, go home and implement this. When you are alone, take that time you need, sit in a place alone and say "Is this really true?", start using your intuitive power, start asking yourself "Can this really be, what can I do Kryon, Higher Self ,are you there? Help me in these things!"
Trust your intuition, go slowly with compassion. This is going to make a difference. Slowly you may start going with other people, meeting together, even with those you might not have met before, because you didn’t like what they were doing. Learn to trust family. And become compassionate. Implement what you’ve learned today. You are the old souls of the planet who are going to awaken the mastery that is yours to awaken.(...)

By the massive earthquakes of Magnitude 9 and surreal massive tsunamis, more than 10,000 people are still missing…even now… It has been 16 days already since the disaster happened. What makes it worse is that water at the reactors of Fukushima Nuclear Plants started to leak, and it’s contaminating the ocean, air and water molecule of surrounding areas.

Human wisdom has not been able to do much to solve the problem, but we are only trying to cool down the anger of radioactive materials in the reactors by discharging water to them.

Is there really nothing else to do? I think there is. During over twenty year research of hado measuring and water crystal photographic technology, I have been witnessing that water can turn positive when it receives pure vibration of human prayer no matter how far away it is.

A man found an eagle's egg and put it in a nest of a barnyard hen. The eagle hatched with the brood of chicks and grew up with them. All his life the eagle did what the barnyard chicks did, thinking he was a barnyard chicken. He scratched the earth for worms and insects. He clucked and cackled. And he would thrash his wings and fly a few feet into the air. Years passed and the eagle grew very old. One day he saw a magnificent bird above him in the cloudless sky. It glided in graceful majesty among the powerful wind currents, with scarcely a beat of its strong golden wings. The old eagle looked up in awe. "Who's that?" he asked. Spirituality means waking up. Most people, even though they don’t know it, are asleep. They’re born asleep, they live asleep, they marry in their sleep, they breed children in their sleep, they die in their sleep without ever waking up. They never understand the loveliness and the beauty of this thing that we call human existence. You know ~ all mystics ~ Catholic, Christian, non-Christian, no matter what their theology, no matter what their religion ~ are unanimous on one thing: that all is well, all is well. Thought everything is a mess, all is well.

Strange paradox, to be sure. But, tragically, most people never get to see that all is well because they are asleep. They are having a nightmare.

I heard a story about this gentleman who knocks on his son’s door. "Jaime," he says, "wake up!" Jaime answers, "I don’t want to get up, Papa." The father shouts, "Get up, you have to go to school." Jaime says, "I don’t want to go to school." "Why not?" asks the father. "Three reasons," says Jaime. First, because it’s so dull; second, the kids tease me; and third, I hate school. And the father says, "Well, I am going to give you three reasons why you must go to school. First, because it is your duty; second, because you are forty-five years old, and third, because you are the headmaster." Wake up! Wake up! You’ve grown up. You’re too big to be asleep. Wake up! Stop playing with your toys.

Most people tell you they want to get out of kindergarten, but don’t believe them. Don’t believe them! All they want you to do is to mend their broken toys. "Give me back my wife. Give me back my job. Give me back my money. Give me back my reputation, my success." This is what they want; they want their toys replaced. That’s all. Even the best psychologist will tell you that, that people don’t really want to be cured. What they want is relief; a cure is painful.

Waking up is unpleasant, you know. You are nice and comfortable in bed. It is irritating to be woken up. That’s the reason the wise guru will not attempt to wake people up. I hope I’m going to be wise here and make no attempt whatsoever to wake you up if you are asleep. It is really none of my business, even though I say to you at times, "Wake up!" My business is to do my thing, to dance my dance. If you profit from it fine; if you don’t, too bad! As the Arabs say, "The nature of rain is the same, but it makes thorns grow in the marshes and flowers in the gardens."

"There's nothing so delightful as being aware. Would you rather live in darkness? Would you rather act and not be aware of your actions, talk and not be aware of your words? Would you rather listen to people and not be aware of what you're hearing, or see things and not be aware of what you're looking at? the great Socrates said, "The unaware life is not worth living." That's a self-evident truth.

Most people don't live aware lives. They live mechanical lives, mechanical thoughts--generally somebody else's--mechanical emotions, mechanical actions, mechanical reactions. Do you want to see how mechanical you really are? "My, that's a lovely shirt you're wearing." You feel good hearing that. For a shirt, for heaven's sake! You feel proud of yourself when you hear that. People come over to my center in India and they say, "What a lovely place, these lovely trees" (for which I'm not responsible at all), "this lovely climate." And already I'm feeling good, until I catch myself feeling good, and I say, "Hey, can you imagine anything as stupid as that?" I'm not responsible for those trees; I wasn't responsible for choosing the location. I didn't order the weather; it just happened. But "me" got in there, so I'm feeling good. I'm feeling good about "my" culture and "my" nation. How stupid can you get? I mean that.

I'm told my great Indian culture has produced all these mystics. I didn't produce them. I'm not responsible for them. Or they tell me, "That country of yours and its poverty--it's disgusting." I feel ashamed. But I didn't create it. What's going on? Did you ever stop to think? People tell you, "I think you're very charming," so I feel wonderful. I get a positive stroke (that's why they call it I'm O.K., you're O.K.). I'm going to write a book someday and the title will be I'm an Ass, You're an Ass. That's the most liberating, wonderful thing in the world, when you openly admit you're an ass. It's wonderful. When people tell me, "You're wrong." I say, "What can you expect of an ass?"

Disarmed, everybody has to be disarmed. In the final liberation, I'm an ass, you're an ass. Normally the way it goes, I press a button and you're up; I press another button and you're down. And you like that. How many people do you know who are unaffected by praise or blame? That isn't human, we say. Human means that you have to be a little monkey, so everybody can twist your tail, and you do whatever you ought to be doing. But is that human? If you find me charming, it means that right now you're in a good mood, nothing more.

It also means that I fit your shopping list. We all carry a shopping list around, and it's as though you've got to measure up to this list--tall, um, dark, um, handsome, according to my tastes. "I like the sound of his voice." You say, "I'm in love." You're not in love, you silly ass. Any time you're in love-- I hesitate to say this--you're being particularly asinine. Sit down an watch what's happening to you. You're running away from yourself. You want to escape. Somebody once said, "Thank God for reality, and for the means to escape from it." So that's what's going on. We are so mechanical, so controlled. We write books about being controlled and how wonderful it is to be controlled and how necessary it is that people tell you you're O.K. Then you'll have a good feeling about yourself. How wonderful it is to be in prison! Or as somebody said to me yesterday, to be in your cage. Do you like being in prison? Do you like being controlled? Let me tell you something: If you ever let yourself feel good when people tell you that you're O.K., you are preparing yourself to feel bad when they tell you you're not good. As long as you live to fulfill other people's expectations, you better watch what you wear, how you comb your hair, whether your shoes are polished--in short, whether you live up to every damned expectation of theirs. Do you call that human?

We will again gather to practice in focussing our intents for a new world next January 11th at 11:11 am.  For those of you who can't at that time just choose another hour during the day putting the intent that it will be synchronized with the others because there is not really a time in the astral. Everyone can do this meditation in  the comfort of their homes for the moment.

Find a relax position in a calm place. Ask your ancestors, your guardian angels or guides to assist you in your task. Take some deep cleansing breaths. Now imagine a beautiful landscape that makes you feel in love with our dear planet. As your heart fills with Love, imagine a golden ball forming in your heart chakra and send it to the heart centre of our Mother Earth. Wait for her response. You will feel her love. Bring it back to your heart. Imagine now Father Sky with all the stars, the suns, the galaxies, the vastness of Space above your head and send this love to either our Sun or to the Centre of the Galaxy. Wait for Father Sky's response to you. Feel his love for you and than send this wonderful love all around you, very far so it reaches places of the world in need. Visualize the Earth completely rejuvenated in her pristine state with humans living in Peace, Love, Harmony and Abundance for all. Say thank you and be grateful for this moment.

Kryon Channelling Syracuse New York September 11, 2010

Greetings, dear ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service. The masters had a phrase: "It is well with me, it is well with my soul." They would say it even in times before death, in times that were frustrating, and in times of difficulty. It is because they were focused on one thing and one reality - that the love of God inside them creates love of self. We have said this before. We have channelled it many times. We've even told you that it's the secret to mastery. Get to the place where you are content with that which is in you, which is God, and let all of the other things around you slowly develop in appropriateness as you learn what to do with your life. Do not decide in advance where you're going to go or what you're going to do.
Shortly, we'll give a channelling that outlines the difference in energy between the very ancient past, the relative past and the energy that is in the shift. We'll give the attributes of how a Lightworker deals with specifics and how things have changed. It's coming [given in Buffalo, New York]. But that's not today.
Today I wish to give you the profundity of the Akashic system that is Gaia and humanity. What I want to do is explain your relationship to a system that seemingly is complex and esoteric, but that literally defines your relationship with the earth. Every so often, I will give this kind of channel, where absolutely nothing in the message is anything you can prove. It's not science, but instead it's spiritual, and this one is about you.
Is it possible that the whole purpose of Gaia is to support humanity? Is it possible that Human Beings are not simply another mammal on a planet moving around the sun? Is it possible that the energy delivered from the vibratory rate of this planet is based upon what humanity does and will actually affect the Universe? The answer's yes to all. So if that is the case, what kind of a system is in place that would allow such a thing to be? That's what we'll discuss now in this short amount of time.
The Energy of the Planet and the Akash
Let us speak of Gaia and the Akash. You might have heard that Gaia is an energy, which is of the planet Earth. Gaia is sentient [conscious]; Gaia has innate intelligence; Gaia, therefore, has an intelligent consciousness that "knows" about you. Gaia is able to converse and speak much like Kryon does. If you have heard that, you'd be right.
Gaia's energy speaks in so many ways, and one of them is seen by looking at the Akash. If you asked Gaia what this is, it would be defined as the "life force of the planet." This takes into consideration everything that is alive, including those things you don't even think are alive. So the concept of the Akash of Gaia is huge and is very grand. But tonight, I wish to speak specifically of Gaia's system of the Akash of the Human Being in relationship to the earth. We speak of Gaia's cooperation in the Human spiritual experience, and that essentially everything revolves around the Human, even the planet's purpose.
If we start at the beginning and give simple definitions, we will say that there is a system to keep track of who is on the earth. Now you may not think Spirit wouldn't need a system at all, and you'd be right. But Gaia does, and there is a reason. For every single Human soul that comes to this place called Earth makes a difference as a unique energy that actually modifies the life force of Gaia. So when that soul arrives, Gaia creates a record, and more. So here come the specifics.
The Cave of Creation
Many times I have reviewed a concept with you that I again present. Deep within the earth, there is an interdimensional cavern that will never be found. It has 3D properties that connect it with Earth reality, but it is also multidimensional. This is difficult to explain to you since you only perceive reality in a single-digit dimensionality. So I can explain all I want, but my explanations fall short of your understanding. It would be like I spoke to you in your language and suddenly changed to one you had never heard, where the words were jumbled, backwards, and all rearranged in a nonlinear way. Not only would you not understand the message, but the very strange language itself would be disturbing for you to hear. This is how multidimensional things appear to you - chaotic. But I will at least give the information as best I can so you will know the "what," if not the "how."
The Cave of Creation is one of the only physical objects on the planet that is a dimensional hybrid. That is to say it has three-dimensional properties that absolutely you would see and understand if it were visible, which it is not - for it can never be found or detected, and it won't be. Within this mulitdimensional place is the record of who you are. Again, it's called the Cave of Creation.
When you come to the planet, this is the first place you visit, even before the birth canal. When you leave the planet, it's the last place you visit before you come home. It, therefore, is the depository of the record of humanity - all of the lives that humanity have lived and the very core soul essence of who each of you are. Here is more information on how it works. It is the Akashic Record.
Each soul in the Cave of Creation is unique. Let us take yours, for instance. What is your spiritual name? It's not a name you can pronounce, dear one, but rather an energy. That energetic name is partly the name of God and is recorded in the Cave of Creation metaphorically, as a stripe on a crystalline structure. The crystalline structure, you might say, is that which remembers the vibration of who you were. So when you come into the planet for the first time, there is a crystalline structure waiting for you (since the potential of your arrival is known). As you live on planet Earth, Gaia and the entire system "knows" you are here. Then you pass over to the other side of the veil. When you leave, you visit the cave again and enhance that crystalline structure with an energy of everything you have done. Then you leave the earth, but the crystalline structure with your information remains.
Now, let us say you come back to Earth, and you're going to have another life and another earthly name. Before you arrive within the birth canal, another stripe is added to the crystalline structure. Note: It is the same soul, but now has stripe number two. As it develops on the planet, the cave knows you will return and activate or awaken the stripe every time you return. So, therefore, you have a crystalline structure for every soul, not every lifetime. Some of the souls represented have a thousand stripes! So perhaps you might understand that there are far fewer of these crystalline soul records than you thought. One for every soul, not every life.
Now I want to tell you something: There are old souls in this room and reading this. That's who you are. Even the one or the two here that have come to this place not necessarily for the program, but to be with somebody else, are old souls as well. You don't have to know about spiritual things to be an old soul. Many walk this earth and never awaken to who they are, for this is their free choice. But the fact is that the Humans who often come to meetings of this kind are the ones feeling the calling to be part of a shift of the planet, the end of one age and the beginning of another. These are the ones whose eyes are on the page now.
The Mysterious Functions of the Cave
So the Cave of Creation becomes the Gaia record of who is here and who has been here. This, then, is the physical part. What I tell you next is the interdimensional part that is confusing to the Human Being. Listen: The cave is static in 3D and yet dynamic in multi-D; that is to say, there are never any crystals added or taken away in 3D. That means that there's a crystalline structure for every potential Human Being who will ever live on planet Earth. Now you might say,"Oh, no, that doesn't make sense. It sounds like predestination. Spirit knows everyone who is coming?" No we don't, but this is not predestination. Instead, the cave is predisposed in a quantum way to be complete every moment. A quantum energy deals with potentials, and not empirical [absolute] attributes. Therefore, as things change on the planet, the cave changes quantumly, but not physically. The crystalline structure counts do not change. I can't explain that to you except to say this is a quantum event. The cave is always complete. It always has all of humanity in it. It is connected to the past, present and future.
The very confusing thing for you is that this means you are actually interacting with those who are not here yet. Again, I can't explain it any better than that, and your three-dimensional mind is not ready to go on that journey. But know this.
The cave is complete.
It's sacred.
It's sealed forever.
The soul crystals remember your lives and the energy of your lives.
The soul energies within the crystals interact with each other.
The lifetimes you live modify the energy of the cave and, therefore, Gaia.
Gaia is there, since the cave resides interdimensionally within Gaia.
So, in summary, this cave becomes the record of souls, of their many lifetimes and the energy that they create. Now listen to me, for this is the focus of this message. Whatever you do on the planet, whatever vibrational energy you create on the planet, is imbued into these crystalline substances. The record of that life energy remains on the planet with the accompanying vibration within that crystal - forever.
Mary and George
Let's say you are Mary tonight. I'll talk to you. Mary, when you cross over, the cave is where you're going. It's a three-day Earth journey. Mary, old soul, you've been there before. Oh, Mary, you've been there before - and because of that, you go there in joy. You remember it! You know where you're going, and you remember what it means. You're going home. There is no sting in death, for although there might be a temporary fog of interdimensional reconnection, you remember the feeling of joy! This is the promise to you, Mary, that we all take your hand and you feel it. Death of the Human Being is a transitional energy, not a terminal one. There is no "end," but rather a journey to an energy that you remember the moment you take your last breath.
Let us say Mary is a healer. Let us say Mary has increased the vibration of this planet by her very presence of walking on the earth. Let us say that the earth remembers Mary's footsteps, because Gaia knows who she is. Let us say that Mary is in touch with her Higher-Self. Let us say Mary has created a mini-portal wherever she goes because of this, and now she passes over.
There is a gathering of Humans... much sorrow. They are so sorry to see her go because she was a marvelous presence, a wonderful mother and loving Human Being. They cry and there are tears and there is grieving. Well, here's the metaphysical truth: Mary goes to the Cave of Creation and everything she ever was, and the portal she created as a Human, is imbued into her soul crystalline structure. That portal then remains because Mary was here! The marvelous presence, the wonderful mother and the loving Human is not wasted! It's imbued into Gaia itself, through the process of the Cave of Creation, and that energy of remembrance never goes away. It never goes away! It becomes part of the earth life-force consciousness from then on.
Then she comes again as George.

Don't just laugh, because here's the real process and the beauty of the system. Ready? WhenGeorge comes in, he picks up Mary's record! Then both George and Mary go to the next area of Akashic teaching, the second of the four parts we are teaching today. The system continues.
The Akash Within your DNA
Everything that is represented in the crystalline of the Cave of Creation regarding your core soul crystal is transferred to your DNA at birth. You transfer it in the Cave of Creation. That's why you go there. It's becomes your personal Akashic Record, every lifetime you've been, everything you've ever done is all in your DNA. As we have mentioned before, this Akashic Record resides in every double helix in a multidimensional way, and is represented by the billions of chemicals in the 90% of DNA that science sees as junk! Science is looking at it with 3D eyes and it seems vastly complex with no symmetry or order. It is, indeed, multidimensional to the max! But it's all there in a beautiful system. We have told you that before. But perhaps you didn't get the full implications of what it means?
Think. George, you now have George and Mary in your DNA, but only George's body is there. So, what is George going to do with Mary's lifetime in his DNA? I'll give you the answer. Everything that Mary learned is now available to George. Remember that Mary and George are the same soul, just taking a different form on Gaia at the moment. The beauty of the system is this: The Higher-Self is also the same, since it represents core soul energy. Therefore, George doesn't have to learn again what Mary learned! It's in his DNA. Even the compassionate mother is there. Mary's spiritual journey is there, and at a level that could care less about gender, the love of God is there, created by the journey of a Human soul on planet Earth.
Listen to me. You came into this life and you sit in the chair hearing and reading this - and you're learning spiritual things today. Maybe you think there is a steep learning curve and so much to know? Maybe all this is new, and you are overwhelmed with all this information and the feelings that go with it? Let me tell you, old soul, that you are simply awakening something you already knew. If you give intent, old soul, you will remember it!
What if you are a very old soul on this planet? That means you're going to have the wisdom of the ancients in your DNA right now. It means that every page you read in a Kryon book, you can say, "I remember this. It's right. There's nothing new here. But it's nice to see it in writing."

Let us now look at the first two attributes of the Akash of humanity. (1) The Cave of Creation is a record of who comes and goes. The energy thereof stays with the earth and helps the vibration of the planet to change. Therefore, human lifetimes modify the vibration of the planet. (2) The DNA of each Human contains the individual record of the one soul and helps the next incarnation [Human expression on Earth] to become more aware, if this is their choice.
Look at the first attribute in this lesson: It's Gaia related. The cave is in Gaia. It is deep in the earth and it represents many crystalline structures. "Known by the earth," you are. Loved by the earth, you are. Those of you who deal with Earth-like things - nature, animals, even the study of the rocks and land - can feel it. When you walk in certain places, you can feel it! The intelligence, which is Gaia, speaks to you. There is a confluence of energy that wraps around you that says, "I know you. You belong here. It is appropriate that you step upon the planet." Oh, Human Being, for what you do here will change the Universe eventually. Can't you feel it? How many of you have ever walked into a forest alone and felt the company of the trees? That's real!
Animals
I speak of the precious animals all the time and how they're here to service humanity and how they do it so completely. I've spoken about how some of them are here to be eaten. Many don't like to hear this, but understand that collectively the animals understand this. They have to be part of the Human food chain, since humanity doesn't have the ability to grow things fast enough and distribute that food. So that's a service, you see? For those of you who are vegan, you might say, "I never eat them!" That is a choice for your health. It's appropriate and accurate, but doesn't hold true for the survival of the Human race, for animals are needed for Human nourishment and survival at the moment.
So let's divert for a moment and give you some valuable information about Human consumption of animal life. Many Humans need to eat them, but never understanding that the animal knew this when it came in. Is this too spooky for you? This is known by those who know of animal spirits and can see the sacrifice and appropriateness of this. It was also very well known by the ancients. But here is the question, dear Human: How do you treat them? With that kind of purpose on the planet, how do you treat them before they become your food? How did the ancients treat them? Now that's a hard question, isn't it? Let me give you an attribute of truth. Did you know the better they're treated, the more nutritious they'll be within your body? "Kryon, please don't talk about that. We don't want to think about it." Dear one, if not me, then who? Listen, if these animals are willing to come and be so grand a part of the life-force of this planet and help it to vibrate higher by keeping you alive so you can make choices, don't they deserve respect and comfort while they are growing up? The end result will be a far better contribution to your health. Let the scientists lead the way and do some comparison studies to show that the nutritional values increase dramatically when an animal is honored during its short lifetime. The ancients knew this and honored each animal before it became part of their life-force.
There is no Cave of Creation for the animals. They are here in support of humanity. Some of them are here to love you and you know that. We speak of the ones in your home. They're here to love you - another great service to Humans. You look in their eyes and they look back. They see the old soul within you, did you know that? They know the system. But they don't live very long, do they? Sometimes there is heartbreak when they leave. But the good news? Yes, they can reincarnate! They have choice with you to continue the love affair! I don't know how many dear ones in the room are aware of that system and I want my partner to develop this more clearly so those animal lovers will know this. When their dear loved animals die, they can continue the love affair if they want to by looking in the right place and finding the returning soul, picking it up and continuing what they had. There's somebody in the room and reading that needed to hear that. There is a system for their core souls to return!
So in a way, many animals have souls, too, but they're not in the Cave of Creation. They don't have the profound system of planetary change that you do, which is a consciousness that can increase itself by free choice. The Human is the only being on Earth who can do this, because the Human has divinity in the DNA. It was implanted there, appropriately and with love, approximately 100,000 years ago by that which is from another star system.
We have given you all this before. In all appropriateness, the Humans on this planet received their spiritual seeds from the Pleiadians in a beautiful way, in an appropriate way, in a divine way, in a perfect way. There were no wars, no conspiracies, and these beautiful star souls are still here. They're your brothers and your sisters and a piece of them is in you. You're in a quantum state with them. I can't explain that anymore either. But some of you can feel it. Some of you can see it. It's beautiful, and it's not inappropriate, odd or scary. Instead, it is the real creation story on the planet and can be found in the indigenous writings all over the planet. Look for references to the seven sisters and the stories about creation.
In your DNA surges all that you ever were, old soul, and we have told you in many channellings how you can access this. This access is not just as spiritual information, but as the ability to access some of the Human attributes that you had in the past. The essence of the energy of who you used to be is in your DNA. Therefore, this Akashic information has the ability to communicate to the blueprint of your stem cells. Remember, it's all within the same double-helix structure that contains the protein-encoded section, your genes! Are you understanding this? Your DNA is, therefore, a far larger system than any medical authority has ever believed it to be. It is an interdimensional system that has the ability to modify itself at any time. It explains spontaneous remission. Spontaneous remission is the Human Being who decides they're done with the disease, and who then picks up the energy from a past life that never had the disease. Many Humans have rid themselves of the most virulent diseases known to man. They suddenly come up clean with no trace of it - spontaneous remission. The dreaded disease simply goes away. I'll tell you, dear one, that is not a miracle from above. That's a miracle from within.
The Crystalline Grid - The Third of Four
Let me tell you number three. There is a grid of appropriateness that is being activated in this energy today, like never before. It is an esoteric grid, which means it is spiritual in nature and you cannot see it. It has a name that should give away what it does. It is called the Crystalline Grid. Crystalline is the name given to it so you'll understand it is a storage attribute of Gaia and it stores life-force information. It is similar to the Cave of Creation regarding the purpose of the crystalline structure - information storage.
So let's refine the definition from the above for clarity. The Crystalline Grid of Gaia [the planet] is a grid of the earth that is esoteric [spiritual] and that stores the life-force energy of humanity, the energy of you. Now this is different than the Cave of Creation. The cave is a record of who you are and what you've done. The energy of your contribution to Earth [whatever it is] goes into the cave, becomes part of the earth, and stays there. The Crystalline Grid, however, is above the earth; imagine it laying upon the earth. This grid is on the exterior. You can't see it, but it's there.
Now, this Crystalline Grid also contains imprints of your energy, but is location specific. The best example I can give you is this. When you go to parts of Europe, you might feel what has happened there. There are layers and layers of war. Some of you have a hard time meditating there. It's difficult to clear the land, isn't it, because of what's happened on the land? The Crystalline Grid contains everything that ever happened and where it happened. You see? So it is a location-specific Human energy storage grid. Is it part of Gaia? Absolutely. It lays upon Gaia like a blanket of energy of Human consciousness.
Did you ever notice that when you go to certain parts of the planet where almost nothing happened significant in Human history, it's clear and clean and you meditate better? I want to ask you something. Do you think this has an effect on where the spiritualists in this new energy come from? Take a look at where all of the channellers have come from in the last 25 to 30 years. They have come from the pristine lands that never had major wars [many from the western portion of the USA]. Did you think of that? Take a look. This is because it's easier for a Human Being to relate to a pristine essence of Gaia. It creates a far stronger spiritual connection. Again, here it is. The connection with Gaia is there - the connection with the earth. Why the earth? Because Gaia is part of a measuring system, a vibrational measuring system. There'll come a day when the earth is measured for its vibrational attributes - attributes created by what the Humans did. Collectively, the entire Human experience lays upon and within this planet, and creates a vibratory rate that is measurable by Spirit. That's the Crystalline Grid.
A while ago, we gave you some of the attributes of this Crystalline Grid that you didn't expect. It's in a recent channelling [Berkeley Springs, West Virginia]. You can read and understand even more of the energy it contains. It even explains ghosts. The Crystalline Grid contains a quantum imprint so strong in certain areas that even though the Human Beings have left, the imprint of what they did replays like a tape. Go find this information if you're interested.* That's how profound the Human influence is upon Gaia.
A Summary
So here you are with this information. Interesting, isn't it? There are three places where your Human energy exists at the same time. (1) The Cave of Creation - it keeps a record of who you are as you come and go, and imbues your lifetime of experience to the vibration of the planet even after you have gone. It is the multidimensional system that captures the Human experience for Gaia and it stays with Gaia. (2) The DNA in the Human body helps you while you are alive in each lifetime, for all that you ever were is information and energy that is stored in the double helix. All thousand lifetimes are there if you've lived a thousand of them. They are all accessible. You never have to relearn anything spiritually since it's cumulative - that is, it stays with you from lifetime to lifetime. All you have to do is open that spiritual jar of intent to remember, and out will come the wisdom of the ancients. This ought to tell you something. All of you are your own ancestors. Did you think of that? (3) The Crystalline Grid - a spiritual grid that lays over the planet's surface that remembers everything that Humans do and where they do it. This grid is also being reactivated as you approach 2012, for it is becoming more quantum in that what you do in real time is being transferred to Gaia through this grid in real time. This means that the energy of humanity is affecting the vibrational level of the planet in actual time instead of waiting to receive the energy after you pass to the Cave of Creation. This also creates a feeling of time going faster for you.
Look at the ancestors for a moment, for they knew something. Look at their wisdom. What is the first thing they did when they started a spiritual ceremony? They honored their ancestors! They all know intuitively that their ancestors are still with them. That is always first in their order of honoring. Before they make decisions, they always go to the ancestors and ask them for wisdom. The indigenous know how to mine the Akash, they always have, because they realize the circle of life contains accessible information. They know it's inside of them. They also knew Gaia and considered the earth as a life-force partner - a partner in their soul life. Oh, dear one, if you study the ancients, you're going to find everything I've given you today. They knew. Intuitively, they knew.
The Backup System is Alive
Lastly, here is something we have spoken of only two times before. Years and years ago, we gave you some information that we now complete. It may be hard for you to understand the following, but the three systems I just gave you are mostly Gaia related. Even the Human DNA is part of the Gaia system, since it represents a biological evolvement of humanity on the planet, from the dust of the earth. Yet there is a backup system for all of it, a redundancy that isn't the kind of "backup" that you think of -- for your backup is something that is linear, in case you lose the first one. This "backup" system is one that assists the others all the time. The information of those three combined Akashic systems are stored in a living mammal on this planet. It has to be this way, for it is the final layer and it connects you not only with Gaia, but it connects you with the rest of the life on Earth in a most profound way. The system is stored in the whales of Earth.
Let's talk about whales for a moment. You love them, don't you? By the way, ask a biologist - a dolphin is a whale, just a smaller one. Did you know that? You love the dolphins, don't you? Did you realize that the whale is the only mammal on the planet protected by treaties signed by almost all of the countries of Earth, even the countries without an ocean? What a coincidence! There is an intuitive level of all humanity, no matter what their system of government, no matter where they are, which knows that you can't eliminate whales or you'll change the life-force balance of Earth. They hold the records. It is the cycle. The whales are in Gaia; they're under the water. They're mammals like you. They contain the information. The Akashic cycle is complete. The very water of the earth also glows with everything you've done, who you are and who you might be.
Do you see the profundity of the system? Look at what it is about: It's about you. All of it. Why would the earth be designed so intelligently to keep track of you, to honor you, to know who you are and the spiritual name you have? Why would that be unless you were important, unless you were part of the master plan, unless you had something to do with the Universe's future. Think about it. That's the system. I won't be the only one to channel this information to you. There are others who've never heard these words, who will tell you the same thing. If you get a chance, you might even ask Gaia, and she'll tell you the same thing.
Gaia exists for the sacred Human Beings who are on this planet in lesson. I give you this in love today. I want you to think about something. Everywhere you walk, you're known by the earth. What a system! Why do I give this to you today? It's so that you continue to feel loved and cared for. It's so you know there's a hand-holding going on between Spirit and you and Gaia, if you want it. There are so many things here for you if you want them. Old soul, you sit here for a purpose. Maybe you needed to hear this today. Important you are, precious you are, and a master you are. Now go claim it. Live a long time. Be joyful in the process. Don't make up your mind what's supposed to happen. The worst thing you can do is predispose what God has for you based upon what you think is happening now. Instead, relax, be joyful in all things, and fall in love with yourself.
Leave this place differently than you came.

Dearest Hearts,

As always, I pray you are well, and feeling the effects of the miraculous afterglow of the energies of the 10-10-10.

The Love of God, the Love of The Cosmic Beings of Love and Light and the conscious and precise actions of both, on behalf of humanity, surpassed anything I have ever experienced since I have been on this Planet.

For days preceding the 10-10-10 one could feel that there was "magic in the air." That which was in the air was then transposed into the bodies of every human and our beloved Mother Earth. Now there is active magic in every human. The game of Life has changed, forevermore.

Now that the game of Life has changed, the responsibilities to Steward that which has been bestowed upon us, with heightened consciousness, wisdom, excitement, reverence and discernment, is mandatory in order to maintain the field of energy within us and around us that will indeed provide us with New Life, on a New Earth, replete with uninterrupted infinite possibilities.

Your Divine Life has been activated into the Quantum Field. Your soul/your I Am Presence has taken dominion of your life now. You have been tuned into a higher frequency and you have been showered with grace beyond comprehension.

It is a well known fact that on the 10-10-10 Master crystals, in key vortexes around the world, were stepped up exponentially, to be used again on humany's behalf, due to the fact that the Cosmic world knew that the crystals would never be misused again, as they were in Atlantis.

Now, let it be a well-known fact to you, that you are a human crystal, a gemstone of God, and that God and the Illumined Cosmic Realm knew that you, as a part of all of humanity, were ready to be stepped up into a higher frequency, enabling you to become your full activated Divine Free Sovereign Self.

The difference between you and the Master Crystals is that now you are being asked to take that which has been activated in you, and use the activations on behalf of yourself, in a loving and conscious manner, so that you will never misuse yourself, ever again.

You are now activated to elevate yourself to your absolute Highest potential, and return to your Divine Nature, already in progress. Your 12 strand DNA, your 6 strand RNA, your Pineal, Pituitary, and Thymus glands have been activated.

On the 10-10-10, if you were paying close attention you would know you were each held in the lap of God, in the center of the Now, with love. You were set up to claim, enjoy, and accomplish the very life you came to this planet to live.

That which has pinned your wings and caged your soul for lifetimes, has been cast off of you. Now you are asked to consciously step out of the cage and claim your freedom. You have been activated into a state where all new realities of your highest choosing may be formed, if you will do your part to strengthen your domain, add more Light and Love unto your world and the world in which you live, and form a bond with that which has been activated inside of you.

You are more capable now of doing so, as you are no longer confined to a tight box of consciousness, with its discordant, frenetic, always reaching, unstable nature, that rarely allowed you pure presence and connection to yourself. You are free to use your expansive Higher Consciousness at all times. It can no longer be blocked by any energy other than your own. You are free. Now you must take the initiative to fly.

It is well documented that long serving prisoners that are set free, become frightened and often unwilling to leave what they have found comfort in, as confining as it may be. They have been conditioned to find comfort in the uncomfortable. That has also occurred for most of humanity.

You are now able to slip the skin of your conditioning very quickly, through sincere intention and belief that you can, followed by a series of stabilized, conscious actions, as a result of the activations brought into your body on the 10-10-10. No more long suffering processes. No more lessons have to be learned. The classroom of Mother Earth has been dismantled.

Our New Earth is not a classroom. It is a playground for those of Higher Consciousness. It is a place to live in your best interest and joy. Yes, your life is about your best interest and your joy, not just making it right for everyone else. Honoring your best interest and living in joy will inflame your Higher Consciousness, (your energy imprint on this Earth,) and will be in everyone else's best interest and joy, including the New Earth.

Your Higher Consciousness has now been fully activated to always co-create with you. Think of it as your constant companion and partner. Build a relationship with it and learn how to work with it. Check in with it daily, as all partners do, before you make a decision about anything. Work together. This is a partnership that has been made in Heaven for you, while you live on Earth.

If you are having a challenge connecting to your Higher Consciousness, just ask for help.

Dear God
I ask for your assistance to surpass my lower consciousness.
Mighty I Am and capable I Am of surpassing my lower consciousness into my Higher consciousness.
I Am willing to play a new game, an exciting game, a Divine game.
I Am complete with limitations.
I Am ready for this new adventure.
I Am excited to live and love and step up into my Higher Consciousness.
Dear God, as you direct me, I connect with your direction in this moment to consciously disconnect from my lower consciousness.
I make this connection with ease and grace.
It is done.

Another blessing that came as a result of the 10-10-10 is each of your chakras were activated and brought into a higher frequency, allowing you to have more Life force. Your instinctual body (1st chakra), your intuitive body (2nd chakra), your freedom body (3rd chakra), your awareness body (4th chakra), your body of individuality (5th chakra), your wisdom body (6th chakra), and your enlightenment body (7th chakra), can now move closer to the Light and Power of God.

You will notice your memory of your Oneness to God and to All, has increased as a result of this activation. That was the point of this particular magnificent activation. Now you are asked to take your memories of Oneness and bring them into an active state in the Now.

I And All Of Life Above Me, Below Me, and Around Me Are One
Everywhere I Look There I Am, As One
I AM I Am I Am

Keep the higher frequencies active in each of your seven bodies by working in tandem with them. Keep them spiraling upward, by your love and consciousness toward them. Soon you will discover your Lightbody has taken dominion over your dense physical body, and that you really have merged with Oneness.

You will also begin noticing that the activations have begun interrupting your projections into the future. During the 10-10-10 activations, every one of you that was present to the energies, were centered in the moment of now, held there and imprinted with the feeling of peace, to purposefully override the urge to move out of the present moment in the times ahead.

Throughout the years there have been numerous writings and teachings about the power of living in the moment that is present. Most of that which was written and spoken was intellectualized or attempted here and there by many, with little ability to stabilize an atypical human behavior.

Due to the activations, your ability to naturally be in present moment consciousness is going to become easier, if you will consciously choose to become receptive, relaxed and in rapport only with what is, right now.

There is something quite magical that occurs when you live in the present moment. Rather than revealing the magic to you, do it for yourself and watch what happens. Remember the activation was already put into place for you to do it with much greater ease.

As a sidebar, if you will let yourself live inside the present moment, you will notice yourself having numerous lifetimes inside the one you are having. Soon you will be able to shape those lifetimes just the way you prefer it! Now that's high magic!

All of the activations that took place on the 10-10-10 (and they were numerous) were done so to increase the phenomena of the Divine Human, the Galactic Human, the Multi-Dimensional Human, the God Human. We were blessed beyond any words.

You have been changed as a result of the activations of the 10-10-10, and you deserved to be. It was time. You may not have noticed all of the blessings that have been bestowed upon you yet, but you will.

Be curious and investigate all the parts of yourself with an open mind and an open heart, and notice what's been shifted. Wherever you see a change, know that you are the Steward charged with the mission of keeping the change alive by staying focused, disciplined, calm, discerning, and balanced and in joy.

The 10-10-10 was not just another day to have a celebration; it was a marked day, rich in its potential for every human being. Each, without exception, was turned in the proper direction to head Home.

From the Light and the Love and the Power of God, comes the request to please keep the magic active, your sense of direction clear, and to keep yourself attuned to the activations. More blessings will be added unto you, as you are ready.

"Going Against The Odds"

Dearest Hearts,

As always, I pray you are well.

For the past several months I've been hearing global teachers and best selling authors reporting that as we move from the third dimension to the fourth, fifth and sixth dimension, "40% of the Lightworkers will not make it, because they will fall into fear as we move through the last year and a half of this cycle..." "that only 5% of humanity will make the shift,..." and "that desperate times call for desperate measures."
This is my response.
Who in the heck gave anyone a crystal ball to look into over 6 billion people's personal future, and make that kind of call? Who gave anyone permission to administer doom and gloom shock treatments to humanity? Isn't there more than enough of that coming from the media? Has anyone considered the fact that these statements are causing more and more people to go into fear, the very thing that millions are struggling to stay out of? How are such predictions helping to unify and uplift humanity?
(...)Is it fair for anyone to use their lens of perception to decide the fate of countless beings who have used their lives on behalf of the many, often putting their own lives on the line to clear negative force-fields, worn-out, imbalanced, and discordant Planetary and mass conscious energy, so each could make the ascension with a bit more ease and grace, than if they had not? (...)

What about the countless humans that leave their own lives to selflessly serve where disaster strikes in any number of countries in this world? What about those that adopt children and animals that need homes and love, and as a result of their service in the world external, have had their own hearts broken open, softened, become deeply compassionate, and come to realize there is no separation, only love. Do you think their consciousness hasn't risen?
What about the countless humans who serve in silence, whether they are serving food to the homeless, building houses for humanity, washing the oil out of the eyes of pelicans, or teaching an elder or a child to read, or a wounded eagle to fly again? What if they began their service as an act of their own pain, though as a result, their own hearts were cracked open, and they learned, through a side door (if you will), how to heal and serve themselves as well? Are they counted in or out, according to your survey? (...)
What about those that are just plain good humans that don't appear to know a thing about multidimensional living, but certainly know how to be a stellar example of goodness on the ground? Do you think they're not good enough to walk up the ladder?
I could go on, but the point has been made.
I will say this to many who have written me with concerns about the "predictions." You ask, is it possible for them to be true?
Yes, anything is possible; particularly with time literally running out and far too many still deeply entrenched in fear, denial and illusion, and letting global and personal circumstances take over their minds, instigate inappropriate thoughts to experience, and cloud perceptions, and choices. That is not a scenario for an upgrade.
Still, I'm choosing to continue expanding faith, not doubt, and support, not judgment; that each day more and more people will reach their saturation points of suffering and will consciously do something to let the poisons and pains run out of their systems.

Humanity was put on this earth this time to defy the odds of going down in history as a failed civilization. That is the reason for almost daily energetic downloads and frequency upgrades, along with grace, that those with eyes can see. There is endless Galactic, Angelic and Soulular assistance and intervention prodding millions of humans right now in dreamtime and other time to turn their lives right side up, and their hearts inside out, in the deep hope that their silent whispers will be heard.

As a result of all of the interdimensional intervention, and on the ground world-wide gatherings for Unity consciousness, I have noticed a craving and a real interest, like never before, in many choosing to discover ways to live the life they have been put on this earth to live(...)

To all who read this, please remember this: the predictions and odds are no different than the predictions and odds at a racetrack. How many times have the odds makers been wrong? How many of what people call 'dark horses' have won the races? Countless.

I ask each and every one of you reading this to make a vow to go against the odds. Learn how to walk the final part of this road with vision, dedication, courage, compassion, faith and love. Seek, find and use every tool necessary to make your life an act of devotion to your Soul, to the authentic, fearless life you were put on earth to live, to your ascension and to the Light of God that you carry within you.
Use these unique times now and ahead to take conscious action on behalf of yourself, not desperate ones, and watch the magic unfurl in your life.

I hold that this is humanity's butterfly moment. I hold that when God looks up, or looks down She will see more butterflies flying above the fray than those on the ground thought possible. I can see the Great Smile, now.

1) See yourself exactly the way you are. See what is good, and what is left to improve. Without condemning or hating yourself. Without considering you are better than others, or worse. To see and accept yourself for who you really are and take responsibility for your flaws while appreciating your qualities.

2)Have no regrets. There's nothing more valuable. To know that the choices you've made, were appropriate to that moment in time. To understand that you are exactly where you are supposed to be , and that what really matters is not which road you took, but what motivated you to make that choice. The reason behind the choice is what matters in our evolution. Once the motivation is changed, the path we are on will change as well. Nothing is permanent or unchanging.

3)Live in the present moment. Invest your feelings and thoughts only in the present. Do not waste your energy living in the past. Have no expectations from the future. Be awake here and now, without interpreting everything through the filter of the past. It is not an easy task. But I wish for you to be able to do it.

4) See the world through the eyes of a child. Let yourself be amazed by everything that surrounds you. Love as a child does, and speak out your mind with absolute sincerity. A child will always tell you what he thinks or feels. Have an open heart. A child has no 'ego', pride, preconceptions or expectations. And does not hold a grudge. I wish for you to have the same purity.

5)Have the power to say No. Have the strength to refuse compromising yourself or your principles. Remain true to yourself and your beliefs and do not betray who you are. Stand your ground.

6)Follow your heart. It is probably the most important thing you can do. By heart I mean the inner voice, that has nothing to do with logic. It is the voice of your soul, of the spirit, your connection to Divinity, whatever you conceive it to be. Call it the Universe, the energy behind matter, the source of life. But you are connected to it. And is guiding you whenever you need it to. All you have to do is listen.

7) Do not be afraid to take chances. Sometimes we need to risk it all, in order to make our dreams come true. I wish for you to have inspiration, faith, and wisdom, when life will offer you a difficult choice.

8)Be ready for change. Change is part of life. And it is never a punishment, it is always a gift. It is also the sign that we are ready to transition to a new stage in our evolution. Without change we cannot evolve.

9)Heal your wounds. Never give up trying. Never give up believing that solutions will come.

10)Dare to dream . Dare to follow your dreams. It is why you are here. It is the reason you have conscience, and freedom of choice. It is what defines you as human. THE SEVEN HERMETIC PRINCIPLES - (Hermes Trismegistus)
"The Principles of Truth are Seven; he who knows these,
understandingly, possesses the Magic Key before whose
touch all the Doors of the Temple fly open."--The Kybalion.

The Seven Hermetic Principles, upon which the entire Hermetic Philosophy is based, are as follows:

1. The Principle of Mentalism.
2. The Principle of Correspondence.
3. The Principle of Vibration.
4. The Principle of Polarity.
5. The Principle of Rhythm.
6. The Principle of Cause and Effect.
7. The Principle of Gender.

These Seven Principles will be discussed and explained as we proceed with these lessons. A short explanation of each, however, may as well be given at this point.

1.THE PRINCIPLE OF MENTALISM

"THE ALL IS MIND; The Universe is Mental."--The Kybalion.

This Principle embodies the truth that "All is Mind." It explains that THE ALL (which is the Substantial Reality underlying all the outward manifestations and appearances which we know under the terms of "The Material Universe"; the "Phenomena of Life"; "Matter"; "Energy"; and, in short, all that is apparent to our material senses) is SPIRIT which in itself is UNKNOWABLE and UNDEFINABLE, but which may be considered and thought of as AN UNIVERSAL, INFINITE, LIVING MIND. It also explains that all the phenomenal world or universe is simply a Mental Creation of THE ALL, subject to the Laws of Created Things, and that the universe, as a whole, and in its parts or units, has its existence in the Mind of THE ALL, in which Mind we "live and move and have our being." This Principle, by establishing the Mental Nature of the Universe, easily explains all of the varied mental and psychic phenomena that occupy such a large portion of the public attention, and which, without such explanation, are non-understandable and defy scientific treatment. An understanding of this great Hermetic Principle of Mentalism enables the individual to readily grasp the laws of the Mental Universe, and to apply the same to his well-being and advancement. The Hermetic Student is enabled to apply intelligently the great Mental Laws, instead of using them in a haphazard manner. With the Master-Key in his possession, the student may unlock the many doors of the mental and psychic temple of knowledge, and enter the same freely and intelligently. This Principle explains the true nature of "Energy," "Power," and "Matter," and why and how all these are subordinate to the Mastery of Mind. One of the old Hermetic Masters wrote, long ages ago: "He who grasps the truth of the Mental Nature of the Universe is well advanced on The Path to Mastery." And these words are as true today as at the time they were first written. Without this Master-Key, Mastery is impossible, and the student knocks in vain at the many doors of The Temple.

2. THE PRINCIPLE OF CORRESPONDENCE

"As above, so below; as below, so above."--The Kybalion.

This Principle embodies the truth that there is always a Correspondence between the laws and phenomena of the various planes of Being and Life. The old Hermetic axiom ran in these words: "As above, so below; as below, so above." And the grasping of this Principle gives one the means of solving many a dark paradox, and hidden secret of Nature. There are planes beyond our knowing, but when we apply the Principle of Correspondence to them we are able to understand much that would otherwise be unknowable to us. This Principle is of universal application and manifestation, on the various planes of the material, mental, and spiritual universe--it is an Universal Law. The ancient Hermetists considered this Principle as one of the most important mental instruments by which man was able to pry aside the obstacles which hid from view the Unknown. Its use even tore aside the Veil of Isis to the extent that a glimpse of the face of the goddess might be caught. Just as a knowledge of the Principles of Geometry enables man to measure distant suns and their movements, while seated in his observatory, so a knowledge of the Principle of Correspondence enables Man to reason intelligently from the Known to the Unknown. Studying the monad, he understands the archangel.

3. THE PRINCIPLE OF VIBRATION

"Nothing rests; everything moves; everything vibrates."--The
Kybalion.

This Principle embodies the truth that "everything is in motion"; "everything vibrates"; "nothing is at rest"; facts which Modern Science endorses, and which each new scientific discovery tends to verify. And yet this Hermetic Principle was enunciated thousands of years ago, by the Masters of Ancient Egypt. This Principle explains that the differences between different manifestations of Matter, Energy, Mind, and even Spirit, result largely from varying rates of Vibration. From THE ALL, which is Pure Spirit, down to the grossest form of Matter, all is in vibration--the higher the vibration, the higher the position in the scale. The vibration of Spirit is at such an infinite rate of intensity and rapidity that it is practically at rest--just as a rapidly moving wheel seems to be motionless. And at the other end of the scale, there are gross forms of matter whose vibrations are so low as to seem at rest. Between these poles, there are millions upon millions of varying degrees of vibration. From corpuscle and electron, atom and molecule, to worlds and universes, everything is in vibratory motion. This is also true on the planes of energy and force (which are but varying degrees of vibration); and also on the mental planes (whose states depend upon vibrations); and even on to the spiritual planes. An understanding of this Principle, with the appropriate formulas, enables Hermetic students to control their own mental vibrations as well as those of others. The Masters also apply this Principle to the conquering of Natural phenomena, in various ways. "He who understands the Principle of Vibration, has grasped the scepter of power," says one of the old writers.

4. THE PRINCIPLE OF POLARITY

"Everything is Dual; everything has poles; everything has its
pair of opposites; like and unlike are the same; opposites are
identical in nature, but different in degree; extremes meet;
all truths are but half-truths; all paradoxes may be
reconciled."--The Kybalion.

This Principle embodies the truth that "everything is dual"; "everything has two poles"; "everything has its pair of opposites," all of which were old Hermetic axioms. It explains the old paradoxes, that have perplexed so many, which have been stated as follows: "Thesis and antithesis are identical in nature, but different in degree"; "opposites are the same, differing only in degree"; "the pairs of opposites may be reconciled"; "extremes meet"; "everything is and isn't, at the same time"; "all truths are but half-truths"; "every truth is half-false"; "there are two sides to everything," etc., etc., etc. It explains that in everything there are two poles, or opposite aspects, and that "opposites" are really only the two extremes of the same thing, with many varying degrees between them. To illustrate: Heat and Cold, although "opposites," are really the same thing, the differences consisting merely of degrees of the same thing. Look at your thermometer and see if you can discover where "heat" terminates and "cold" begins! There is no such thing as "absolute heat" or "absolute cold"--the two terms "heat" and "cold" simply indicate varying degrees of the same thing, and that "same thing" which manifests as "heat" and "cold" is merely a form, variety, and rate of Vibration. So "heat" and "cold" are simply the "two poles" of that which we call "Heat"--and the phenomena attendant thereupon are manifestations of the Principle of Polarity. The same Principle manifests in the case of "Light and Darkness," which are the same thing, the difference consisting of varying degrees between the two poles of the phenomena. Where does "darkness" leave off, and "light" begin? What is the difference between "Large and Small"? Between "Hard and Soft"? Between "Black and White"? Between "Sharp and Dull"? Between "Noise and Quiet"? Between "High and Low"? Between "Positive and Negative"? The Principle of Polarity explains these paradoxes, and no other Principle can supersede it. The same Principle operates on the Mental Plane. Let us take a radical and extreme example--that of "Love and Hate," two mental states apparently totally different. And yet there are degrees of Hate and degrees of Love, and a middle point in which we use the terms "Like or Dislike," which shade into each other so gradually that sometimes we are at a loss to know whether we "like" or "dislike" or "neither." And all are simply degrees of the same thing, as you will see if you will but think a moment. And, more than this (and considered of more importance by the Hermetists), it is possible to change the vibrations of Hate to the vibrations of Love, in one's own mind, and in the minds of others. Many of you, who read these lines, have had personal experiences of the involuntary rapid transition from Love to Hate, and the reverse, in your own case and that of others. And you will therefore realize the possibility of this being accomplished by the use of the Will, by means of the Hermetic formulas. "Good and Evil" are but the poles of the same thing, and the Hermetist understands the art of transmuting Evil into Good, by means of an application of the Principle of Polarity. In short, the "Art of Polarization" becomes a phase of "Mental Alchemy" known and practiced by the ancient and modern Hermetic Masters. An understanding of the Principle will enable one to change his own Polarity, as well as that of others, if he will devote the time and study necessary to master the art.

5. THE PRINCIPLE OF RHYTHM

"Everything flows, out and in; everything has its tides;
all things rise and fall; the pendulum-swing manifests in
everything; the measure of the swing to the right is the
measure of the swing to the left; rhythm compensates."--The
Kybalion.

This Principle embodies the truth that in everything there is manifested a measured motion, to and fro; a flow and inflow; a swing backward and forward; a pendulum-like movement; a tide-like ebb and flow; a high-tide and low-tide; between the two poles which exist in accordance with the Principle of Polarity described a moment ago. There is always an action and a reaction; an advance and a retreat; a rising and a sinking. This is in the affairs of the Universe, suns, worlds, men, animals, mind, energy, and matter. This law is manifest in the creation and destruction of worlds; in the rise and fall of nations; in the life of all things; and finally in the mental states of Man (and it is with this latter that the Hermetists find the understanding of the Principle most important). The Hermetists have grasped this Principle, finding its universal application, and have also discovered certain means to overcome its effects in themselves by the use of the appropriate formulas and methods. They apply the Mental Law of Neutralization. They cannot annul the Principle, or cause it to cease its operation, but they have learned how to escape its effects upon themselves to a certain degree depending upon the Mastery of the Principle. They have learned how to USE it, instead of being USED BY it. In this and similar methods, consist the Art of the Hermetists. The Master of Hermetics polarizes himself at the point at which he desires to rest, and then neutralizes the Rhythmic swing of the pendulum which would tend to carry him to the other pole. All individuals who have attained any degree of Self-Mastery do this to a certain degree, more or less unconsciously, but the Master does this consciously, and by the use of his Will, and attains a degree of Poise and Mental Firmness almost impossible of belief on the part of the masses who are swung backward and forward like a pendulum. This Principle and that of Polarity have been closely studied by the Hermetists, and the methods of counteracting, neutralizing, and USING them form an important part of the Hermetic Mental Alchemy.

6. THE PRINCIPLE OF CAUSE AND EFFECT

"Every Cause has its Effect; every Effect has its Cause;
everything happens according to Law; Chance is but a name
for Law not recognized; there are many planes of causation,
but nothing escapes the Law."--The Kybalion.

This Principle embodies the fact that there is a Cause for every Effect; an Effect from every Cause. It explains that: "Everything Happens according to Law"; that nothing ever "merely happens"; that there is no such thing as Chance; that while there are various planes of Cause and Effect, the higher dominating the lower planes, still nothing ever entirely escapes the Law. The Hermetists understand the art and methods of rising above the ordinary plane of Cause and Effect, to a certain degree, and by mentally rising to a higher plane they become Causers instead of Effects. The masses of people are carried along, obedient to environment; the wills and desires of others stronger than themselves; heredity; suggestion; and other outward causes moving them about like pawns on the Chessboard of Life. But the Masters, rising to the plane above, dominate their moods, characters, qualities, and powers, as well as the environment surrounding them, and become Movers instead of pawns. They help to PLAY THE GAME OF LIFE, instead of being played and moved about by other wills and environment. They USE the Principle instead of being its tools. The Masters obey the Causation of the higher planes, but they help to RULE on their own plane. In this statement there is condensed a wealth of Hermetic knowledge--let him read who can.

7. THE PRINCIPLE OF GENDER

"Gender is in everything; everything has its Masculine
and Feminine Principles; Gender manifests on all
planes."--The Kybalion.

This Principle embodies the truth that there is GENDER manifested in everything--the Masculine and Feminine Principles ever at work. This is true not only of the Physical Plane, but of the Mental and even the Spiritual Planes. On the Physical Plane, the Principle manifests as SEX, on the higher planes it takes higher forms, but the Principle is ever the same. No creation, physical, mental or spiritual, is possible without this Principle. An understanding of its laws will throw light on many a subject that has perplexed the minds of men. The Principle of Gender works ever in the direction of generation, regeneration, and creation. Everything, and every person, contains the two Elements or Principles, or this great Principle, within it, him or her. Every Male thing has the Female Element also; every Female contains also the Male Principle. If you would understand the philosophy of Mental and Spiritual Creation, Generation, and Re-generation, you must understand and study this Hermetic Principle. It contains the solution of many mysteries of Life. We caution you that this Principle has no reference to the many base, pernicious and degrading lustful theories, teachings and practices, which are taught under fanciful titles, and which are a prostitution of the great natural principle of Gender. Such base revivals of the ancient infamous forms of Phallicism tend to ruin mind, body and soul, and the Hermetic Philosophy has ever sounded the warning note against these degraded teachings which tend toward lust, licentiousness, and perversion of Nature's principles. If you seek such teachings, you must go elsewhere for them--Hermeticism contains nothing for you along these lines. To the pure, all things are pure; to the base, all things are base.

“I think that change is going to be the social and spiritual challenge of the 21st century;

Change indicates that something old is not working anymore, is out of harmony with your life so something new has to come.
There’s no such thing as change for the worse. All change is for the better. The process of evolution is a process of change itself.

Change is not a disruption, but an eruption.
Is not a break in the flow but it is the flow. Is not a shift in the direction, it is the direction in which all life moves.The key is to hold the idea of change as a gift instead of a disaster.

All life is in motion. Even a rock at the atom level is. Everything is in motion. Change and life is the same thing. The difficulty is to understand why things are changing. After that , you will be able not only to manage , but to create the changes of your choice.

Is there a way that I can direct at least a part of the changes in my life?
Yes, by understanding the mechanics of the mind:
The reality is the result of the experience that we are having day to day. And the experience that we have is the result of the emotion that we are moving through. The emotion that we are moving through is the result of the thoughts that we are holding about any particular event. And the thoughts that we hold emerge from the truth that we have formed around that event. And the truth emerges from the data that we have stored in our prior memory bank about an event. This truth can be either the imagined truth, the apparent truth or the actual truth. This means you will have either a distorted reality,(that most of us are living in), or simply the observed reality, (objective),or the ultimate reality –in which masters live in.
We tend to overlay prior data stored in our mind,on the present moment (old reality, past experiences), thus creating an imagined truth.

The soul on the other hand has a different perspective, and has access to data that the mind can't even begin to grasp. The truth of the soul is bigger and larger than that of the mind. You need to access the wisdom of the soul.
To listen to the voice of your soul, you can do meditation.
The stopping meditation:
Stop whatever you are doing for 10 seconds. And breathe.
Just be with the silence. Six times a day for 10 seconds. Access the wisdom of the soul. it is in the silence.
It has to be a deliberate, conscious intent. It has to be habitual.

If you don't go within, you go without. Learn to use the wisdom of your soul. you are a 3 fold being. To have a broader perspective on life, you need to use the soul as well, not just your body and your mind."

The Big Idea is that We Are All One.
The Big Idea is that there is only One God, and this One God does not
